Pro Tip: You don't actually need any "PS 5 Buttons" mod to get the correct symbols.
Here's how to do it without:
1. Simply right click the game in your Steam Library
2. Go to "Properties"
3. Click on "Controller"
4. ... and now change the setting to "Disable Steam Input."
The best part? This not only gives you PlayStation Button Prompts, it also enables adaptive triggers AND controller vibration.
Obviously I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but it did work for me.

I think you may need a few mods installed that have something you can modify in the menu first
@@ItsDeepz_ I do have the SCAAR mod which is configurable, however I do not use the TW3 Mod Manager but rather Vortex. Could it simply be that?
