    Andrew still looking good! Wow! Yes we feel like we are being eliminated. Especially us in the south! I honestly feel we should be able to live and thrive with like minded people who put humanity first! I dont feel cooperation is possible or feasable at this point. Maybe in the future but not now.

    I was just thinking about what you said Karen. It's not enough to identify what needs to be fixed and is problematic. You have to know and have a vision for what you want to create. Otherwise there's no focus or direction you're working towards.

    This country has reached a new level of hostility. It's exhausting and has a tendency to make you antisocial, but we've got to keep working for progress.

    I do feel like this is where we need to start, everywhere someone needs to do the same so we can do as much as we can with people who want to be positively different 💯 🙏

    Thanks for the invitation. I’ll check it out.
    It should be interesting…a constructive conversation is a great start, but it’s nothing but a conversation if there is no follow-up and tangible action.

    Before we can talk about making America "great" can we have an honest conversation about America and it's history

    • @Windsingerful
      @Windsingerful 2 года назад +4

      “Honesty” is historically the greatest stumbling block for America…the lack of it was how this country was stolen, swindled, forcibly taken from Indigenous people who have called it home for millennia.

  • @Windsingerful
    @Windsingerful 2 года назад +19

    Maybe remove the expression “off the reservation” to describe extremists. The only ones on reservations are Indigenous peoples - and they were forcibly put there! Any “diversity” must include them…and awareness of old colloquial racist expressions need to be deleted, too!

    The thought of participating in something like this actually makes me a little nervous, which for me means it's got great potential to be a real transformative experience.

    Skeptic here. South Africa had a reconciliation but it did not change the wealth divide. The U.S. has never had a reconciliation and the wealth divide is even greater than the racial divide. A nation can be an empire or a democracy, it cannot be both. The empire will fall as all empires do so the question is what comes after? Can there be a great kumbaya when the U.S. has never had a model to refer to? Will capitalism be honestly examined? Will this be the one last effort to take on the oligarchs and if it fails then try again, fail again try harder? Or should we just move on, which means division.

    The onus is on us to Make America Value Creative! It starts with each person being willing to look at self & the generations before us, own all of our behaviors & determine to be & do better. One person has the power to impact 7 generations back & fro when awakened! Nam-myoho-renge-kyo🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Sounds like a lot of nice phrases we have heard and said before. Fluff and La ti dah... When Whoopie says "that's for white people to do"....there are some issues that need to be confronted in All white spaces, to bare hearts and motives before this 'open minded togetherness'. Less and less people go to church, regardless of who you are or what you look like. Everyone has to keep trying and making effort though. Don't give up when it gets hard, early on...and drop the "reservation " comment. Get some diversity and inclusion training.

    We all need to get on the same road & page...?? That statement was problematic out the gate for me..Diversity of thought, & perspective is what is needed ..not sameness. America greatness can be found in it's diversity ..we have wasted years ,& years trying to deny this truth as a country ..& look at the mess we are in at present. .America's Pluto Return will shake things up so that we will have to embrace each other for the answers..for the only way out, will be Through ...!
