Hello! Those are Boardworks Rukus boards, they're awesome. Great for beginners and more experienced. We're currently using the Boardworks Riptide, they're very similar

For iSUP paddleboards, the leash + board itself is the flotation device. The lifejacket on the board is for legal compliance depending on the state.
