If they a given few matches with those Oceania or Caribbean countries, the results will be outstanding. Especially when you have countries who lose like 20-30 to 0 from teams like North Korea, Iran, Australia or co. At least San Marino loses with max about 15-0, which is better. No way San Marino is worse than those islands that don't even have stadiums or club teams.
San Marino Drew twice once against Seychelles (0 - 0) & Saint Lucia (1 - 1). They also lost 1 time against Saint Lucia (1 - 0). San Marino is probably not better than any of these countries, but on the same level. They have a friendly planned out against Saint Kitts in March, so we'll see.

I don't remember the name of the country, but somewhere around Asia or Oceania there have been match in which Indonesia won against some other team with something like 40-0(yes, it was even bigger than Australia American Samoa that is considered a record). And apart from that match, countries in that region are regularly thrashing other countries with like 20/30/40 to 0 or 1. So, if San Marino plays against them, there won't be a tie for sure.
Easy when they have their home games at an altitude that can literally kill people from hypoxia (there was a case of a referee dying from hypoxia mid-match a few years back).
Considering that once Bolivia put up such a good performance against Spain at Mestallia when Spain had the early tiki-taka boys and Bolivia still had Jaime Moreno... that would be outstanding. I don't think Guam is the worst Oceanian team. They managed to do alright during the WC qualifiers against Singapore (which is better than Sri Lanka), only losing by one goals in both legs. They even have players playing in the US, though at the lower levels.
Guam did alright during the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, and they managed to get some wins in the EAFF East Asian Cup, even having a positive goal difference in two editions. During the 2018 WC qualifiers, they defeated India and Turkmenistan, drew against Oman, and finished in the second round above India. I would say they are better compared to other Oceanian nations like Tonga, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands, the latter which they have scored 26 goals against.
As an Indian I remembered that match in which we lost to Guam. I remember our coach Stephen Constantine saying before the match that Guam is a strong team with multiple players playing in MLS. I also do not agree that Guam is the worst team from Oceania (even if we consider it as an OFC team and not an AFC team)

I thought you were going by confederations at first, when you ranked Bolivia as the worse in South America, but since you are going geographically, then you are wrong about Bolivia. Guyana (affiliated with the FIFA, but in CONCACAF) is in South America and is ranked lower.
