I’m from the UK and London has always been known for being a lonely place and so different from other parts of the country, when visiting London I smile at the people on the London tube and soon realise that’s a big no no and and drop my smile and feel a sadness that disappears when back home, so goodness knows how people overseas manage. Anyway, you always say that you didn’t feel like becoming a choreographer but I think part of the reason why your photos are always so beautiful and stunning is because you are a choreographer. I went to a conference where a choreographer was giving a talk and he said that the definition of dancing is moving with intention. And for me it’s exactly what you do in your photos and videos, so I think you are actually using your master degree in your work but not the way people would think of it. It’s all in the way you move, you stop and you pose.

Hi Kika, Don't worry about the past. You have nice place there very peaceful, no one's bothering you, it's calm, all you hear is nature it keeps us all humble and mature. I can imagine myself trekking that place and its surroundings with my camera by the day, having lunch in the forest taking all types of nature images, then at night time I got my hot tea thermos or mini wine bottle having a sip while waiting for my camera to finish Milky Way's long exposure., I heard Polaris in Finland is near overhead position, very nice effect in creating star streaks. You're lucky you have access to such places, here in New York City all you got is light pollution you can't see clear night skies with bright stars. My cameras and lenses are stuck in my camera bags because of this covid. Here's an idea "Camping in Finland" - by Kika. ( using all old school Finnish camping tools ) lol. Anyway time is your ally, each passing day it keeps on improving.
So so happy to have found your channel! The way you describe not being able to be your true or authentic self entirely in another language is something I very much recognise! No matter how well you master a different language, it's not the language you developed yourself into a human being in, not the language you got to discover all those little aspects of life in when you were growing up. I also believe that a sense of humor can be different (or more difficult) in a second language and doesn't always come up as quickly as it does in your native language. Maybe we just are a different versions of ourselves in another language, just like we are a little bit of a different version depending on our role and connection to someone else: friend, daughter, lover, colleague, neighbour, etc. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I completely get what you were saying and I can't wait to explore more of your videos! Thank you for sharing life with us and being so open and vulnerable. I was in a similar situation back in 2008. I was in a 5-year relationship that ended, moved back in with my parents out to rural Oklahoma and although I wasn't happy about the situation things worked out for the best and I feel it put me back on track to where I wanted to be in life. I was single for 6 years after that breakup to focus on myself.

Ciao Kika! I undestand you almost completely. I’m at the level before or two-three before you. I’m Italian and I’m living abroad in France for 7 years now and I suffer because I didn’t find my place here. I know this feeling about the lost of our identity, because my boyfriend don’t speak italian and french culture is so so different from Italian, I couldn’t imagine it before. I have the sensation about to be two different persons in one, I’m two in one. I was surprised how I can change identity like this, so quickly. I try to not change my person but here I’m misunderstood sometimes and people can be hurtful sometime. I don’t go back in Italy because there is no work and I don’t think that my boyfriend could/would follow me really.. I’m so happy that you were so brave! I wish you all the best for this new life!

I always love to watch you, either it's a tutorial or a vlog- it's so creative and beautiful! You're not just sitting and telling your story, you're always showing how beautiful the world around you is. You put everything I had in my head in words. Just like you I just came back home and last year has been just working none stop for my internship. Hi Kika, Don't worry about the past. You have nice place there very peaceful, no one's bothering you, it's calm, all you hear is nature it keeps us all humble and mature. I can imagine myself trekking that place and its surroundings with my camera by the day, having lunch in the forest taking all types of nature images, then at night time I got my hot tea thermos or mini wine bottle having a sip while waiting for my camera to finish Milky Way's long exposure., I heard Polaris in Finland is near overhead position, very nice effect in creating star streaks. You're lucky you have access to such places, here in New York City all you got is light pollution you can't see clear night skies with bright stars. My cameras and lenses are stuck in my camera bags because of this covid. Here's an idea "Camping in Finland" - by Kika. ( using all old school Finnish camping tools ) lol. Anyway time is your ally, each passing day it keeps on improving.
So so happy to have found your channel! The way you describe not being able to be your true or authentic self entirely in another language is something I very much recognise! No matter how well you master a different language, it's not the language you developed yourself into a human being in, not the language you got to discover all those little aspects of life in when you were growing up. I also believe that a sense of humor can be different (or more difficult) in a second language and doesn't always come up as quickly as it does in your native language. Maybe we just are a different versions of ourselves in another language, just like we are a little bit of a different version depending on our role and connection to someone else: friend, daughter, lover, colleague, neighbour, etc. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I completely get what you were saying and I can't wait to explore more of your videos! Thank you for sharing life with us and being so open and vulnerable. I was in a similar situation back in 2008. I was in a 5-year relationship that ended, moved back in with my parents out to rural Oklahoma and although I wasn't happy about the situation things worked out for the best and I feel it put me back on track to where I wanted to be in life. I was single for 6 years after that breakup to focus on myself.
I stumbled across you a few weeks ago. Very nice fresh, would like to see more selfie ideas for men. No rush don't worry too much, it only means you care, and remember life is a journey, enjoy and rely on your friends and family.

Ciao Kika! I undestand you almost completely. I’m at the level before or two-three before you. I’m Italian and I’m living abroad in France for 7 years now and I suffer because I didn’t find my place here. I know this feeling about the lost of our identity, because my boyfriend don’t speak italian and french culture is so so different from Italian, I couldn’t imagine it before. I have the sensation about to be two different persons in one, I’m two in one. I was surprised how I can change identity like this, so quickly. I try to not change my person but here I’m misunderstood sometimes and people can be hurtful sometime. I don’t go back in Italy because there is no work and I don’t think that my boyfriend could/would follow me really.. I’m so happy that you were so brave! I wish you all the best for this new life!
