Not too long ago I came across Chef Jean Pierre's channel and he did a bit on zesting citrus ... it stuck with me... here's the 5sec. clip ..... ruclips.net/video/-LaZvctwb6Y/видео.html he says 'don't be a ding dong"🤣🤣🤣🤣 (his method really does work better)
