Dougo's a surgeon with the 320. He could probably pick up a pencil and write a nasty gram to the DNR with the thing.
The pillars as far as finishing them. I don't know if it would fit into the style of the house, but I like to wrap them in lumber. Some log siding or cedar or pine boards/wraps of some type. Northern MN, you will see a lot of log finishes on pillars - gives it a warm look if you will, especially on a lake. Or you could take the crew's busted snowmobile parts and glue them on.

I’m a big fan of your family!! Just a suggestion about your post a day or so ago!! It concerns the mulch around your flower beds and trees! Take your leaves and dead branches create a compost pile and replace the bought mulch with free stuff!! There’s much information available online!! And compost is a great soil builder!! As for as life things, “Just keep pulling your load” The Lord will help your family!! I know for I lost my wife in 2013!! I’m still dealing with things!! But God is my Pilot!! The grave only contains the remains!! Your soul contains and preserves the memories!! God’s richest blessings be yours
