Sounds like all things considered you’re handling this as well as anyone could. I feel that keeping constants and some control over your life during times like these (relapses, sudden changes, etc.) are really helpful in riding out the waves.

That's awesome you are continuing to excerise. I hear cardio is very powerful for mood/mental health but running sucks. I am happy hope network is working well for you. They sound like they are a great organization.

@@corymodzeleski7191 what spefically can hope network improve on? I hear a mixed bag when it come to mental health organization options in west Michigan. Pine rest has been going downhill for the last couple of years in terms of outpatient care many people are leaving PR.

@@kcdavis3812 Great question KC. For the most part Hope Network is actually pretty good, but as far as what they could work on, they have a really high turnover rate with their staff. I'm on my 3rd therapist since I started there and like my 5th psychiatrist. It's just kind of difficult to have to keep restarting with new people. And some of the therapists are better than others. The last one I had was amazing, the first one and the one I have now are ok but not quite as good. I didn't know Pine Rest is going downhill. Whenever I have to go to the psych ward their hospital is my first choice, but I've never been in any of their outpatient programs before. But my Mom has pretty good luck with them, she gets therapy and medication management from them for her BiPolar disorder and drug problem and she's pretty content with it, she's had the same therapist now for over a year and really likes her. But yeah I'm pretty content with Hope Network for the most part. Really I think the best agency in our county is the Arbor Circle, but unfortunately they don't provide long-term medication mangement, it's only a temporary program, if you need medication for the rest of your life or at least long term they send you somewhere else for that. But they do have great therapists.

@@corymodzeleski7191 yeah I can see how the turnover with the staff and starting with a new therapist can be difficult. Keep up the good work!
