Social media played a huge role in my understanding of firearms, our Second Amendment, everyday concealed carry, and self defense when I first got into firearms thirteen years ago. Education is a great thing. So from that aspect, it’s been great.

But it also helps. It helps bring like-minded people together and the ability to voice and spread awareness. This channel for an example.

❤ from Alaska Colion- I am a 50 yr old female, living off grid, and a small gun store owner. Social media gives you and these gentleman a platform to provide a new perspective to people who otherwise are inundated with skewed one sided information. For that, I appreciate and applaud you. Can’t tell you the amount of customers we have had that waited until after an unfortunate events to arm themselves and train. I am also a non practicing nurse and just like in medicine, we teach preventive care is easier and less costly, training in firearm self defense is much the same. God bless and keep it up 👍🏼

Everyone has a car and is not afraid to drive, and everyone doesn't have a gun. Plus, thru history, guns have been known to be used to hurt and kill people intentionally. But I don't think social media is hurting guns and 2A. If anything, it's making a lot of people aware and interested in learning more about different types of guns and how they function and helps people decide if that particular gun is for them. I love the guns I have, and social media helped me decide to get them and know everything about them before I bought them. So, I'm a fan of guns on social media.

What hurts firearms is the stupid people who use them to commit crimes ! It's not a gun problem, but people have a hard time disassociating the gun from the people using the gun, it's just not the guns fault that people are so stupid !
