yes it is, Social Media wants people to think Guns are evil and not the person behind the Gun. how come when a car accident happens… we don’t blame the car.
Everyone has a car and is not afraid to drive, and everyone doesn't have a gun. Plus, thru history, guns have been known to be used to hurt and kill people intentionally. But I don't think social media is hurting guns and 2A. If anything, it's making a lot of people aware and interested in learning more about different types of guns and how they function and helps people decide if that particular gun is for them. I love the guns I have, and social media helped me decide to get them and know everything about them before I bought them. So, I'm a fan of guns on social media.
It's like drunk driving, drunks crashed horses, planes, boats, scooters and anything else they drive. Banning cars doesn't fix drunk driving, especially when the vast majority don't drive things drunk.
More importantly when it's used as a weapon why isn't it blamed? Because it's the user at blame. Inanimate objects are incapable of self thought action. Even drones have human originated input.
