Its unfortunate that this happens, and hopefully this will end with RUclips's new program. Thank you,
      Vince

Hey vince, Thankyou for your efforts. Can you collaborate with accelous robotics india? They manufacture CNC dsp controllers. I think you can get it imported and design systems off of their controllers. Please check.

Hi. Been watching your vids for 9months now. Great wealth of information! I went back a few years to learn what you have to offer.
I Have a couple questions (mainly for a future build). ;-)
On a router table, if 240V was used to power the router, would the 180deg phase shift help cancel out EMI? Would tinned copper braid(grounded appropriately) added to the fat power cable help lower EMI emissions? Or is aluminum foil more suitable for the 60Hz noise(most routers are single speed). (For plasma table, the arc is where the EMI is generated or is it also the power line to the torch, and therefore it needs shielding?)
For the enclosure, would a tightly perforated metal grill(One company advertises honeycomb shape) be recommended to help lower EMI ingress through the fan openings?
Using one enclosure for line voltage and DC power supply, and a second enclosure for all control circuits is 'best practice' for helping lower the 60Hz interference?
Keep up the great vids! I recommend them to many people starting out, or having issues.

      Thank you for your support.
All CNC robotics controllers require double shielded cable as mandatory equipment.
There isn't a way to cancel out EMI if electrical energy is present without proper shielding/grounding.
You can use as many enclosures as you prefer, but it costs more to do so, and requires adequate cooling for each one.
When you're ready to build your system let me know, and we can schedule a consultation to discuss your system.
      Thank you,
      Vince

It's all about hacking the system .... i kinda got thrown into the cnc world ... coming from the automation field all this hobbyists spreading the gospel is really shocking
