Thank you. Using your techniques I was swimming in Holguin, Cuba, watching beautiful fish below in the water. All this without using a snorkel but simply with swim goggles. I felt I was swimming with fish like freestyle, which I learned using TI instruction. Thanks again for making swimming a joy!
Great video! I saw a clip of you floating in the pool without stroking. Effortless Superman glide and also in skate position. Can you do videos on how to achieve that level of balance in the water?

Look down first. As you used to swim like that, try to angle your face so that you can shift more weight forward.
