Watching this with a big smile on my face as I see so many familiar cars out there. Most of the racers run the same car for many years so you get to know them over time. It was fun to see you as a first timer and your reaction as well. I'm sure you'll be back. Once you catch salt fever it is hard to shake. 👍
Thank You so much for a great journey. Very nicely filmed and edited. I appreciate all the dreaming, planning and work that you have shared with us. Well done!
It’s been great following along on your trip to Bonneville the last few episodes. Also great to see a fellow Kiwi on your channel 😊👍. Great mix of content on the channel… keep up the great work👌
Thank you for watching. It was great to have met Buck there at the Salt Flats and we were surprised he had been following along our trip we had been posting on Instagram to that point.
That's cool to see a kiwi there . I was in the world's fastest Indian movie . I was in the biker gang in the movie that raced Burt on the beach and would love to go there one day soon
Very cool! Thanks for sharing. It is definitely worth the experience and like being on another planet and surreal with that bright white salt and surrounding mountains.
You being “ young” surrounding yourself with great hotrods is nice to see. I’m 62 and surrounded myself at an early age by these same type rods. Hope I’m wrong but I don’t see the enthusiasm nowadays. Question - the 55 car, was that George Poteet’s at one time?
The enthusiasm is still there with places we have been and with people we know. Yes, the 55 Car was originally owned by Poteet. It is such a killer car and sounds amazing. See our previous two videos for more on the 55 Car.
I’m sure it’s a lot of fun but when your all done you have to completely disassemble your car or M/C to clean it properly or watch it rust away. No Thanks !

Cool man! Any vids coming of the runs? Thanks
The races were cancelled due to rain. The salt flats became a lake. They never did race this year due to rain that night and the next day or two.
Cool

Where in Ohio are you. I’m in Dayton and looking to run the salt one day.
Plenty of free parking
One day I will be there. Saw a few Portland locals in your vid.
