Agreed! Mine are 9, 7, almost 2 and 8 months. We mostly ditched curriculum and just read, make things, play outside, do chores, and still somehow they're way ahead of their "grade". We do CC so we're relaxing as much as we can for now - work will get intense as they get older! But I'm actually SO looking forward to those high school years. From what I see of other homeschool families, high school is where home education really shines - where kids can truly explore and get deep into subjects that school kids never touch, and get hands on experience.

Can't wait for the high school years! I love working with teenagers and seeing them make connections. I’m hoping my kids still want to be homeschooled then. 🤞🏼

I find less is more!!! I’ve told my twins and nephew to not do grammar exercises but do sentence diagramming!!! It’s definitely trial and error!!!

Right? Even if you read all the books, done your research, and taken folks advice, it's still trial and error to find what works for your family. Thanks for watching!
