For a special treat, my bird enjoys a nibble of LaraBar. It's pretty adorable. For anyone who hasn't seen them, they're a very low-ingredient fruit bar based on dates that are very good at approximating different desert flavors with just three or four whole ingredients. They have chocolate varieties but we stay away from those. Key lime pie and cherry pie seem to be her favorites.

The owners gave me a large box of seeds no variety mostly the same seed. I have been giving her apples and oranges , and have been trying to change her diet completely. Its been very hard as seeds are meant to be treats especially if they are unhealthy so its very hard to make her uninterested in them. I'll be buying some of these options for her as I'm doing my best to educate the owners. I do ask you one thing, what is the most nutrious thing i can give her? I will gi shopping for her looking for toys and food. Any recommendations?
Thanks for this amazing video! my 2 cockatiels don’t eat grapes. The problem is I got them kinda older. The male from my friend who’s a year and a half and I bought the female she is 8-9 months old. Can I ask something irrelevant? The male was tamed and when I got him a female he was fine for a week then turned wild and aggressive towards me been 2 weeks now he doesn’t want me near him or her!
Take out that one brand food or seeds from your bird's cage and give other soft foods to him. At first the bird won't eat but when he will feel hungry he will have eat. Do this often and he will get used to other foods.
