Agreed. It was one thing to take my filmmaking to a niche genre, and now it's a completely different frontier to use the skills in this new genre to tell stories that aren't my own. So much fun. Really appreciate this comment!!

I've really been enjoying the Chicago Marathon prep series, and ran this Half with my girlfriend and remember seeing some guy flying down the back half of the course being followed by a bike. So cool to see it was one of my favorite running creators and to see the final product here!

Yea, I feel like arrogance and envy might not be the kind of mindset that would last long in endurance running. My running buddies and I always have a good atmosphere and relationship.

Every video is motivation on this channel. I see my journey a few steps behind yours just as you see yours with Clark's. Set myself a scary marathon goal of 3:30 for this fall and I just ran a massive half PR last weekend of 1:36. The fitness is scary and exciting, and this series has been transformational for me in pushing myself even harder. Bring on the taper baby

"Welcome back to Chicago 2:42" gets me every time now Eric 😂 My marathon training has gone south, and I'm honestly not sure what to expect this coming Saturday at the Akron Marathon. The new women's WR is insane. Eliud is the GOAT. Wish I could stay a few more days in Chicago for the shakeout and to cheer you and Jeremy on in the Marathon and help film, but I have a wedding to film in Cleveland on the 7th - you of all people understand the struggle!

When I pull off a 5:45 mile during training with repeats or something short and fast I feel like I'm sprinting. Clark's running 5:30s looking like he's jogging...
running another marathon in December is an extremely short turn around after Chicago. You will not have time to have a sufficient break after Chicago and then a proper block for December. And then running one in December will mean you also cannot properly target a spring race if that was your plan. I would not recommend targeting a December marathon.
