Dang! Was surprised to see how much fuel I had left after shutting the dampers down after a 9.5 hour cook! Dang! I bet I could have gone another 8 or 9 hours on that single load of coal! Next time I will place the wood at the bottom of the fire ring vs on top but that is probably the only thing I would adjust at this time. #wsm #webersmokeymountain #bbq
