    I bought a black nitro deck was working great so I bought one of the limited edition purple ones with the case and after about a week the black one stopped working so I switched to the purple one no issues and after about 2 weeks this one don’t do anything it lights up and I got wired controller turned one but nothing happens no mater what I do I tired holding the reset button in but I don’t think that does anything at all I have a V2 switch and love it cause I take it to work for when I have down time. One nitro deck maybe but 2 there’s some issues with them

      Also have a black one and doing all possible troubleshooting convinced me it might be the unit itself and had it replaced. Already have the replacement and still having the issue of it not working, mine only works for a few seconds after getting it out of sleep mode though then stops. It powers the deck fine, works seamlessly docked and I dont think theres anything wrong with my usb port on it. Only thing I havent tried is resetting the switch itself. Could it be a software incompatibility issue with the v2? I really want to try the full reset of the switch but cant lose all my saved data :( Definitely dont want to have any other colorway for the nitrodeck, I like the black one best and also dont think I would want and settle with just purchasing another one just for it to work

      It is on and I just literally tried it again when you text and it started working once I put the switch in started to play donkey Kong exited went into the shop and bought a game and I put my numbers thru the screen idk if that had anything to do with it ?
      But when I went to pick it up I accidentally held down the back button the very bottom one to the right if you are holding it in front of you.
      Does it lock ?
      But after that it stopped again

    *Edit so i fixed the problem by simply holding the power button down on the switch till it brought up "power options" and turned it completely off. When it turned back on, the Nitro Deck now works perfectly.

    This is what worked for me (V1 Switch and Nitro Deck Plus). With the Switch in the Nitro Deck the entire time: 1. Plug in the charging cable to the Nitro Deck. 2. Press and hold the CRKD button until it flashes. (I think this is bluetooth mode) 3. On the Switch go to Controllers, then select change grip/order. 4. Press the L and R buttons. (mine finally connected). 5. Unplug the charging cable. (Mine lost connectivity as a controller). 6. Press the L and R buttons again. (Mine then reconnected and started working normally)

    Just received the Nitro Deck and I am unfortunately having the same issue with my OLED Switch :(
    It is a black edition. I am now contacting their support and hoping for either a workaround or refund.
    In my case though, it actually works for a few seconds sometimes, but then afterwards it would stop being responsive. I've heard from the others that it works for their OLED Switch though, so it could basically be narrowed down to just a few possibilities:
    1. My OLED Switch has a faulty USB-C port
    2.This batch of Nitro Deck is defective
    3.Nintendo ruined the USB-C port of OLED Switch with one of its firmware updates
    I really hope it's fixable, love the product but hate the fact that I can't use it.

    • @SneakerFanaticTelevision
      @SneakerFanaticTelevision  Год назад

      It's crazy you say that about the update firmware. On my initial opening, it worked on my OLED. I updated to continue playing while recording video of it in my hand and after that update, it no longer connected. I have to finish my review and update it. Because it shows it working straight out the box. 5 mins later after the update, it no longer connects. That was the one switch I had that wasn't updated so I could use the Tears of the Kingdom glitches. I beat the game so I needed to update it to transfer my other saves to that Switch. It hasn't worked since that update.

      @riocheng0205 Год назад

      @@SneakerFanaticTelevision Here’s an update from CRKD, they just replied to my support ticket. I think this part is the key point:
      ------
      Issue 3: My Nitro Deck's LED lights up but is totally unresponsive with my switch.
      Possible Solution: If the Nitro Deck's LED is functioning but it doesn't respond when connected to your switch, follow these steps:
      1. Ensure that the "Pro Wired Controller" option is enabled in your switch settings.
      2. Check that there are no Joy-Cons or other controllers connected to your switch.
      3. Try connecting the Nitro Deck to another switch (if available).
      4. Try connecting a pro-controller via the USB-C port on the bottom of your Switch (if possible).
      If the Nitro Deck still doesn't work on the second switch, it's likely a fault with the Nitro Deck itself. In this case, please return it for a replacement under warranty.
      *If the Nitro Deck works fine on the second switch, the issue may be with the data line in the USB-C port of you switch.* Such faults can sometimes go unnoticed, especially if you primarily use handheld mode with Joy-Cons or connect via Bluetooth with a controller. Even if the power and video output via USB-C seem fine, the data line could be damaged or worn.
      ------
      Yeah actually I think it’s the data line that is having issues. My ROG Cetra RGB, which uses the USB-C port, doesn’t work with the OLED Switch most of the time just like the Nitro Deck. However it does work fine with the V1 Switch I own. It makes me wonder why the data line is so fragile on the OLED model. I mean the V1 Switch was here since the month Switch launched, and for some reason it does better on this part than the OLED. Seriously what did Nintendo do with the OLED Switch? Now my plan is to sell my current OLED and get another one from the secondhand market.

    The fact it works with the other switches and just that one says to me it's an issue with the USB port on that one switch.
    I have two oleds and neither has this issue. It's also the first I've seen of it and even for you it's only happening to this one? Definitely sounds like a port issue.
