EVERY BAIT Got Eaten! Epic Pier Fishing

- During a summer fishing session, every bait got eaten by a snook. We get very few pier fishing opportunities like this one, but when the conditions are right, the fishing is awesome. All of the snook were released as they were not in season during the filming of this video. Snook fishing from juno beach pier is much different than fishing for snook in other places. Heavy tackle, and tight drags are required to prevent s fishing fails.

It's typhoon season now!
When you say, "bottom rod" are you talking about a vertical jigging rod?
There meaning a rod that has a 6 ounce bank sinker or 3oz egg with bait on the bottom and a bait clicker , usually freelining setting a bottom rod is only 2
Just the heavier conventional setups, usually a reel in the 30-40lb class with some heavier monofiliment. Rod is usually in the 8-9' range.

BTW Ryan, what is your all-time personal best snook. I have a 38 pounder I caught years ago before FWC size limits hanging on the wall. Can you beat that?
Never weighed one that big, had a few fish in the 44-45 inch range, but I don't think any of them eclipsed 35lbs honestly!
