The Metro Vac N Blo vacuum has probably been one of the best purchases I've made over the years. I've had it for 3+ years and it has been nothing but great to me.
This is my first video reviewing a product, so give me a break :P
If you do a lot of interior cleanings, then you'll want to invest in a good quality vacuum. However, that doesn't mean you HAVE to buy an expensive vacuum from the get-go.
If you don't have the money or debating on spending that much money on a vacuum, then DON'T. Buy the cheapest vacuum you can find and work your way up.

Metro vac n blo review
• Metro Vac 'N' Blo Revi...
love your videos I have detailing biz in Virginia and good to see someone sharing the ups and downs of the business. keep up the good work. Cheers!!
For sure- that's what I'm here to do!
Excellent video.
Nice review, thank you.
you're welcome!
I myself use a Rigid vac. it's a 4 gallon small profile with about 5hp or so. it is an awesome vac and now they are making a new model with a removable blower that detaches easily.
Whatever works for you my man! Make a review of it
I would but I'll wait til I get a new one because the one I have is beat up lol.
I would still do the video... lol
I have the rigid with detachable blower and love it! Only thing I don't like about the vac is cleaning it. There no bag, so it's messy and a pita to clean up.
Would you recommend this for personal use ?
I'm a dog walker and I get a lot of dog hair and sand from the parks on my seats and all over the carpets and I need a vacuum with good attachments to pick that up and to get the sand from very tight spots.. hope you can help .
I would NOT recommend. You'll probably never use the blower. Here's a video on removing per hair that will greatly help you out: ruclips.net/video/j1rNI5REebE/видео.html
Thanks for this review! Timing is PERFECT!! We're here at the Mobile Tech Expo and were hoping you'd be here too. We've been wanting to have a "hands on" test with this vac, so the review was pretty close. We've been waiting for this event to choose a blower. Thanks for all your great content.
Haha that's awesome!! What other blowers are you looking into?
Nothing specific short of a huge industrial size compressor. But that's not cheap or very portable. Used to run the make ready department at a a dealership and got spoiled by their heavy duty air supply. Back to mobile, and really miss the powerful air that cut vac time down by 50% or more. We have a Tornado machine still in the box, just got away from using it, and it might do the job.
So what's your process with the blower? Just blow everything out of the interior?
When we had industrial compressor, we had the blow tip in the right hand and a vac in the left and used them in conjunction. The level clean was outstanding. We got every bit of sand out of mats. And it every bit of crust and debris out of nooks between seat and center console. Are you in Houston now? Or still in Louisiana? I REALLY want to test this Metro vac some time.
Haha I can imagine how well that did! I'm in Houston.. you're about 1.5 hours away from me
Hey bro !
Love the content I wanted to ask
How is the suction on this vacuum. I’ve read that it has 95-100 water lift. That would surpass the festool vacuum. I have 2 rigid vacuums 5 hp and 6.5 hp. There pretty good but looking for something with more suction.
Honeslty, I'm not even sure lol. I primarily use it because of how compact it is. Hardly ever use the blower
hey bro do you do buffs? waxs and more?
As in do I make those types of reviews or what?
U didn’t give up any power. Hp is a marketing tool. 1 hp equals 746 watts. So 4 hp would be 2984 watts at 25amps. 5.5hp is 4100 watts at 34 amps
What’s a better alternative vacuum that you’d recommend?
Im thinking about getting a kobalt potable vacuum
you can dry the interior and the seats?
Ehh, if you want to stand there and hold the hose I suppose
I know theres cheaper options, but I bought a Vac n Blow as well some time ago, im happy overall with it.
It has definitely been one of my best purchases! Haha
I got a Opel Zafira, without backseats, and those aint really a big van.
But I still manage to get 4 buckets, Vac n Blow, Kärcher Puzzi 8/1,
pressure washer, 4 storage cases and with minimal room to spare.
I still have to find a better layout though, want it more organized and clean!
Yuuppp!! That's what I'm talking about. Keep up the good work!
does it come with the wheels?
Yes it does!
I think rigid is cheaper and it’s a wet and dry vacuum AND! It’s a blower and most likely a lot stronger and portable for under 200$.
what is the name of the smaller equipment you had in the video
what do you think about the rigid wet/dry vac
Which one?
It's a good vacuum!
The mini blower I think it is
Metro Vacuum SK-1 Air Force Blaster Sidekick Compact
I hate to ruin the 69 comments , but amazing review bro !
i just bought a vacuum for 17 dollars off amazon, its a 2hp that plugs into your cars cigarette port, i haven't used it yet but I'm happy i saved myself a ton of money until i can buy a better vacuum
And that's great! You work with what you have and you keep it moving!
I did that when I first started and it broke the first week m, don’t use those. Those things are terrible.
Hey man! Great videos your putting out, I've just started making some detailing related videos. You should check them out let me know what you think! Thanks man. Keep on doing what your doing 😎
I just checked out the steamer video. Good work!
Detail Groove thanks dude
Do you still recommend this?
I do not. It worked for me because of the limited space
@@DetailGroove ok thanks!
@@DetailGroove I was recommended this for use in my home. I’m looking for a vacuum to remove dust in my home from top to bottom. Would you recommend this vac for that? I know it’s not the traditional use for it, but a friend swears it’s perfect for that & highly recommends it. Wondering your opinion.
You mentioned it's not the most powerful vacuum. What is the most powerful?
Probably something like this; www.festoolproducts.com/festool-584084-ct-48-hepa-dust-extractor.html?gclid=CJ3Smt7B9dQCFVG2wAod8C8I6w
But it gets the job done. What are you needing it for?
To me it's stupid that it takes a bag
Pros and cons to everything
Detail Groove out of curiosity would u buy it again?
buy a wet dry..your a professional
Yes sir. What else do I need?
Found it bro lol
What's up? lol
I bought this based on dodgy American review videos on RUclips I paid like £250.00 in 2013 which is very very expensive for a vacuum after first use I was so disappointed and pis*ed off I throw this in the storage and didn't use it for years, have started to use it again it's not great and definitely not worth the price tag in it, bought Nilfisk vacuum for £80 dry and wet brilliant piece of kit used it for 8+years still works great, but have to use this piece of shi* as paid lots of money for it. If anyone thinking of buying this DON'T spend your money on any other vacuum but this.
Yeah, not the best at all.
Dude you are cute 😜😜
Show use of item .less talking . Thought this was a commercial
