I'm just curious, honest question. I hadn't seen the clip of Russell talking about Jesus and needing a personal relationship with GOD. He's reading that he wants Christ to dwell in him from Galatians. My question is what are we as Christians looking for to confirm he's saved outside of the clip? Is it that he says he accepts Jesus? is it that he says he knows he's saved. It seems to me that if he acknowledges that he needs a personal relationship with GOD through Christ's death on the cross that he has expressed a profession of faith. I think he's saved. That if he had died yesterday he'd be in Heaven with the LORD.
If he died yesterday with the same thinking as he did in the clip, do you think he would be in Heaven today? Just wondering what your thoughts are? Thanks.

He's done a lot of work in terms of helping people become aware how evil the world is so he seems to be going in the right direction
Russell Brand has done some pretty vile things including prank calling Andrew Sachs and the many obscene shows he’s done over the years. He has quite conveniently glossed over those incidents and doesn’t appear to recognise the devastation he’s caused to other people and that is aside from the current allegations against him.
It’s his love for truth that lets him find the true truth…🤔
The fact that he referenced Galatians means he is actually reading the Bible for himself, which is a good sign.

I really respect Russell Brand and his journey. He has always seemed like a totally genuine guy looking for truth….I pray he has really found it in Christ.

A few weeks ago he was commenting on someone else's religion and he said something like how could he judge, he can't even devote himself to a God who loves him. That's not what he said but it was something along those lines and it really stuck with me because what he said was an accurate representation of God and what he himself needs to do. He even came very close to implying that he thinks it's true. Keep praying for him.

So true! I have been listening to a lot of testimonies of ex-Muslims coming to Christ and they are just wrecked by the personal and intimate love of God offered through Christ. I love Russel Brand and pray for him and Joe Rogan and many others who I have been seeing slowly transform before my eyes as I watch their videos. Many of us went through similar transformations where God slowly changed us and travelled the truth so it’s easy for us to recognize when someone else is having the same transition and realization that Jesus is in fact our Lord and Savior. God knows our hearts and he is calling his sheep. Russel has always seemed like an honest person and is a truthteller and he seeks truth, truth is God so I have zero doubt he will 100% be born again.
And although this video isn’t about him being guilty or innocent, I want to add I believe he is innocent for many reasons but the main reason is, myself and many others who watch his videos literally warned him this would happen because it’s so predictable. It seems like anyone who has a big following and starts revealing corruption of more powerful people ends up first, being threatened or isolated and if that doesn’t work than they try everything in their power to smear your reputation in one of three ways (call you a racist or get you on sa or say you are absolutely crazy and have mental illness)and in this case it was the 2nd one. Last, if they can’t shut you up and they see you as a real threat than they will eliminate you all together and claim you suddenly un sliced yourself or od’d. If you look into the pattern of this happening than you will be shocked at how many celebrities who spoke out against Hollywood or exposed p e d o stuff or spoke out against politicians. Etc, this has happened to many. For someone to lie about such a thing is beyond evil but it happens a lot.

I love how RUclips decided before a court of law, before he actually had anyone charge him, that he couldn't make money on their platform.
