At Christmas one of my favourite luxury treats is just opening cans. Spanish canned foods are something else, so high quality, so delicious recipes, so outstanding product, so much variety that you can set up a real luxury 3 stars Michelin like dinner just opening cans. There is no other country with such canned food market as Spain.
