I actually just played a round with this commander, Art. Great stuff! I love getting grouped with someone I know is gonna take charge and rally the troops
He is on the EU:FL Discord he smashes it on the Commanding :D so much more enjoyable then watching player run around clueless
I love commanders. If we get second, it's close. Never a bad game if pvp when I good commander takes charge and people actually follow the instructions. Don't take much to win, just gotta believe in the battle high.
True and with all 3 teams like this its even the whole way and you have to make different plays its amazing :D ALL PRAISE THE BATTLE HIGH

I actually like how you chose a run that had room for improvement. Just goes to show that mistakes can happen even with a DRK comp and some battles must still be hard fought depending on spawn luck and enemy pressure.
The most important thing is to have fun with it and honestly just try your best to help the team, be it as a commander or simply valuable teammate!
Off course will do it again soon :D anything to stay off the Monk list XD was a super fun round :D
I wish I had commanders. It'd be nice to actually play PvP modes with some people that have an idea of what to do. Two days ago, I was in a Frontline Roulette where my team ended with 0 points. How? In 10 years of playing this game I've never seen a team end with 0 points... I hated it.
people throwing for quick daily xp. can't wait until everyone is finally max level and isn't grinding xp by basically afking in frontline matches
Casual pvp is in a tough state at the moment as most people are just queing for the easy xp lowering the effort to win a game. Ive been queing daily with my AST as its one of my pvp only classes and is currently lvl 86 and boy let me tell you that my experiences over the last two weeks have been horrible. No coordination and you encounter a lot of premade teams (like your in the video) that are easily BH5 in the first 2 mins of the game. Dont get me wrong about premades, they are fun to run but frustrating to battle against lol. Your concent is always educational no matter how many kills you rack with your team!
indeed and coming right after a Moogle event as well hurts just as much XD I try to mix my videos so there is Solo, Duo's and groups and Solo players have it rough right now
I typically love commanders, but on Crystal there are premades that are infamous for being toxic. If I see them during my match I try to get as many OKO SAM LBs as I can or try to convince my alliance to use SCH to counter them😅
i wouldnt say their toxic... i mean..... actually it does depend on which ones but, I would say there are PvPers that prefer to play meta choices and its learning to counterplay it ( samurai is my go to too ;p)
normally here my alliance would say gg and give up after losing the first fight against a premade if I get all Randoms XD
@@Masietro I've ran into them so often that if they see me the DRK will Plunge me ASAP and if I die, they all do the /sweep emote xD
If I OKO them with SAM too many times, one of them switches to PLD to cover the DRK, so annoying
@@salamanderYT that happens here too and I'm just like, "welp, time to SAM" (or MCH if the AST is too big of a problem) then I just try my best to target them
I'm dubious about a lot of the "commanders" on the NA servers. Had a "commander" today kept leading us into ambushes set up by one of the other teams, loosing half our forces every time. After the 3rd time, it was obvious he was feeding us to the other team.
Yeah sadly are those who use it to win trade hopefully 7.1 they cracked down on some things with pvp
