Isn’t it amazing where sometimes we can find peace! This song touches the most beautiful parts of our inner soul! You can feel every word he sings! A truly beautiful song! May love, hope and peace be with you always!

I consider them to be one of the best bands of all time. Every single one of their albums is outstanding. My favorite part about them is how uplifting their music is. Absolutely one of my favorite all time bands.
You can't listen to that song without the remembrance of a loss, or many losses, punching you right in the chest. That is as real as a song gets and you could tell every single detail out into that was worked on hard and to perfection. Absolute masterpiece.
Hey @deaddadd!!!! We’re so glad that you found us and are hunkering down. A lot of stuff that we do has definitely been a listening a lot of emotion from our side of the camera as well as yours. It’s what we do although not scripted in anyway. It’s absolutely incredible what we have accomplished in weeks since beginning with Dream Theater. Please feel free to stop in and hang out as long as you want and contribute in anyway you feel moved to. We are so fortunate to have you and look forward to hearing from you more. If you want to make any requests, please use the # system. It’s listed in our recent video descriptions. Years later and all I can say is….. respect and love for you two. Tough song for people with history to watch. Hits deep. Hold your heads high and breathe some clean air. Survivors deserve bliss. All my best.
Kel & Rich, first time seeing this video. I am a hard man. Hardened by serving not one but two branches of the military. Army & Navy. 15 years. Land & Sea. Soldier & Sailor. I have seen many places. Many cultures. Many ways. But as I watched this video. I changed more than all those other things combined. Thank you. Sorry for your loss. I too have lost. But I know beyond any path ever endured is the destination. To see that loved one again. Until then we have so much to do. Because of our loss, we now live for someone else as well as ourselves. Do what you feel inside of you. Is it you or is it because of your love for them? Only time will heal us. Only time will change us. So we understand the purpose. The reason. Why we love. Why we cry. Why we live. I feel healed of some flaws in my being today. Because of you!! Thank you! I have a simple request, if you ask, I will share it with you. Love you guys, I feel your son is so proud of you. You have shared his beam of light into this dark world. For that, I am so proud of you two.

I've seen enough of your first response vids to know that when Kel says nothing, She has spoken volumes. Rich, you held yourself together well. I get teary eyed listening to this and that's as nothing more than a fan of great music! Continue on my friends!
Hi Rich and Kel....My dad and sister died in a car accident when I was 6 years old. My dad was 29. And my sister it happed on her 10th birthday.. I miss them everyday. I understand the pain..I sleep on my daddys' grave. Everytime I can. My sister was so beautiful. She was an angel....I blame myself for their death. They were coming home from taking me to the airport. This song I play on there anniversary of passing. As I write this, I am crying tears of my loss and yours. You honor Jared and it's beautiful. I don't know you, but I love you. You are keeping his spirit alive. And us as viewers are priveledged for the honesty you both have. Your son is a Blackird with no pain. I have 2 tours in Afghanistan and have seen horrific things Those things are nothing compared to that. But that doesn't mean my heart can't 💔. No natter how many years go by. And me having a son myself I feel even more heartache because if something happens to me, I know he wouldn't be able to take it...Anyway guys. Keep doing what you are doing. It's very special.....If you wanna another Alter Bridge song. "Watch over you" Acoustic Billboard version....much love from Ft.Bragg. 😘
Quote from Myles Kennedy: "Blackbird" was inspired lyrically by a friend of mine named Mark Morse. He sold me my first guitar when I was a kid, and we stayed friends for years and years. He actually passed away right as that song was being completed so it was dedicated to him and his memory. It's really about seeing the suffering he was going through and hoping he would find his solace soon and be free from all of that.
Mark Morse also sold me my first guitar - November '83, an Arbor strat. He hot rodded it for me at no charge and I later traded it for my 74 LP Custom which is still my main guitar today. He was a great friend to many a young kid who dreamt of becoming a guitar hero. We miss having him around because he was such a great friend to talk guirar stuff! Yes, Myles dedicated it to Mark and it was hard to lose a good friend.
He wrote this for his friend Mark Morris who passed a way from cancer. Mark was the guy whole sold Miles his very first guitar as a teenager. This song hits so hard in the feels. Tears every time.
I lost my grandfather who was more than a father to me and lived for almost 12 years without mourning. When I say that it was this song that set me free, it's because it says everything I felt, I feel, and I'll feel it until I'm with him again.
I lost my younger sister to cancer only 49 yrs old, we where three years she difference and when I heard this song during their concert a few years after she passed standing in the crowd looking up to the sky!, I could feel my sister ( and she was my best friend too) I sang along with tears came pouring down my face. It was an incredible feeling to hear this masterpiece of a tribute while singing it to my sister looking up at the heavens! I know you both felt the power and magic of this while listening too and you were hinking about your loved ones who passed on. We will be reunited with them someday, I really believe that too!💯💖🎸🙏💙😭 Miss her so much. TY for this video. you two are great together, I see the bond of love you have.
Found You this evening.... Great Reaction! I was 29 when my father died painfully of lung cancer , now I'm 56 and every time I hear this song I think of him and start to cry. I miss him for all time. Alter Bridge and also Tremonti with his solo project have a lot to say. You should listen to them well.... Suggestion for you: "Marching in Time" by Tremonti
And truth disclosure: I also cried the first time I heard Alter Bridge's In Loving Memory, and Wonderful Life. Also Daughtry's Open Up Your Eyes . I cry EVERY time I hear it. So beautiful and emotional. Deep.
Strong is not the one who can endure and forget suffering, strong is the one that can succumb and accept it. I love this song, it brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it since it reminds me of my grandmother who was more like a mother than my biological one. I loved your reaction and as always I hope you two are doing great. Love and thoughts from Argentina.
Glad you enjoyed. They've been my favorite band since their first album in 2004. The song was actually written about the death of the leader singer's (Myles Kennedy) first guitar teacher. They are hands down the best rock band on the planet right now. Every sick song of theirs kicks ass. Not a single bad tune through 5 albums. Check out "Wonderful Life", "In Loving Memory" and "Watch Over You". All beautiful songs of loss and suffering of loved ones.
This is such an emotionally powerful song on so many levels. It gets me every time. I have even found myself breaking down when i see them live. Great reaction guys. You guys put everything into your reactions. Tears, laughter and best of all 2 person moshpits. Keep up the great work . Love you guys ❤🤘🤘
Hey guys I really enjoy your reactions. I lost both of my children 21 months apart. I’ve listened to this song so many times with tears flowing. So sorry to hear about your son. Stay strong.
I'm sorry for you loss. R.I.P. to your son. This song is perfect for you. My step daughters father was murdered three years ago and I didn't know what to say to her but I told her that I'll always be there for you and I would like you to listen to this song. I gave her my MP3 and let her listen to it. After she got done she came up to me and hugged me and said Thank you. I just told her im sorry for what happened to your dad and that I can't replace him but I promise I'll try to always be there for you. A cool thing it the singer frontman Myles Kennedy is from my hometown of Spokane,WA. He used to teach guitar at a place next door to a barber shop. The name of the place was called Learn to Burn 🔥 not only can he sing great but he can shred the guitar too. My friend went to high school with him and Craig Montoya from the band everclear. Mead high school class of 89 had some talented people in it.
My name is Jared. I have seen many reaction videos. Watching you both slowly show your humbleness as the song progresses is priceless. I wanted to comfort you both before the video ended. I felt like family for the first time in a long time and I owe you both a debt of gratitude. My personal story is similar but this is about you two. Be blessed. Kissing her shoulder...moist eyes.
Just found your channel. So sorry to hear about your son. I pray Gods grace and peace be with you till your reunited with your son. I found this song and alterbridge through my son. God bless.
When Creed dropped Scott Stapp, and picked up Myles Kennedy, they became Alter Bridge. It was the best thing that ever happened, Myles Kennedy paired with Mark Tremonti is rock epicness!!!!!!!
This song is about one of Myles's friends, who sold him his first guitar, and how he died of cancer. He speaks to him through this song in a very touching way. This song is their " Stairway to heaven". Thanks for posting.
It was beautiful watching both your reactions. Cry!! It's what is called for. I lost my father and found this song. Had alterbridge in my catalog for years. It took my dad's passing to truly appreciate this song. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US SEE YOUR PROCESS!
I discovered this song last summer and listened it more than 20 times during my vacation and cried every single time. "Some day I too will fly and find you again."
I have been a fan of AB from the start and yet each time I hear this song, I get strong feels and find I don't want to make eye contact with anyone for about 15 minutes as my eyes will be very red. I know so many people that have left us and I sincerely hope they are not broken any longer. To me, this is about as perfect a song as exists in all of music.
I first heard "Blackbird" in early February of this year while watching a music reaction video. My mom passed away March 18 and I had this song played at her memorial service. It now has a special meaning for me and every time I hear it, I weep. Beautiful song.
Sorry for your loss. You should check out In Loving Memory from Alter Bridge. Mark the guitar player wrote it for his mom after she passed away. The live performance from Amsterdam is really amazing also. Take care!
My mother helped influence my taste in music in a huge way! Music was always a way for her and i to bond. I actually shared Alter Bridge and Myles Kennedy with Slash with her and she LOVED his voice! Not only is this my favorite band but also now they hold a very special place in my heart since my mother passed away about a year and a half ago.
I am totally feeling your pain. Lost my brother to epilepsy almost 4 years ago when he was 17. It was always painful seeing him having seizures. My condolences to you two. Have been a subscriber for a while now but never heard the story behind your son's death. But I think the pain is always a great reminder that he is still with you in some form like my brother is with me. One song that really helped me cope with all of that was Veil of Elysium by Kamelot, especially the part where Tommy sings "One day I know we will meet again". So one day I will be reunited with my brother as you will be with your son.
We are speechless.....Thank you so much for your kind words, your encouragement, your wisdom and for sharing your story. We certainly appreciate how hard it is to carry on when those special people are no longer here. Please accept our most sincere condolences for the tragic loss of your dear brother. Our hearts are with you as well. Epilepsy is a terrible thing to live with. The seizures are awful.... smashing the head on coffee tables, hitting the floor, the constant biting of the cheek and tongue, then not being able to talk or eat.... we know its horrors all too well. We are so, so very sorry for your loss. Please post this hashtag and the names of those you have lost as a reminder to all that they Rock In Peace - our new meaning for RIP: #RockInPeace Jared Ricks Thank you so much for being here with us on the channel and being who you are. RnK
@@Kel.N.RichReactions Thank you as well for your equally kind words. One good thing with my brother was that he could somehow sense a seizure coming a few seconds in advance so he could take precautions not to hurt himself or anyone else most of the time. It was still painful to watch him more or less unable to do anything other than watch out. #RockInPeace Joshua Andy Biewald
I know that I suggested this song a few times and it was meant as a dedication to you two and your loss. Such a beautiful song. I have told many people that Alter Bridge is criminally ignored on reaction channels and in the rock/metal scene in general. Everything they do is done with a purpose and there is such passion and emotion in their music. They have got me through so many tough times in my life and I hope you two continue to explore them some more and find a few songs that stick with you also. Great reaction and I was teary eyed myself watching this with you. Much love and respect!!
Such a beautiful song. Its strange when events happen and something you've listened to for years suddenly gives a voice to the things you have no words for. Respect for holding it together through that - I dont think I would have.
A masterpiece, I recommend that you listen to them more. Please react to Alter Bridge - Words Darker than their Wings (live at the royal albert hall). I hope that you enjoy it. Thanks for this reaction, is a beautiful song.
When I heard of Chris's passing it hurt me to my core. He was/is so influencing to many, many of us. He was one of the major influence in my life to pick up a guitar, as well as my husband. We have now passed down his beautiful soul to our son. He will live on forever in my heart.
Kel's reactions are so from the soul pure!! I can only listen to this song every now and then, remind me of little brother I lost when he was 2 years old when I was 15. whenever I think about him I listen to this song, and it completely wrecks me, but it is such an amazingly beautiful song!!
I'm so sorry for your loss! Alter Bridge is my favourite band for years now. Talented guys, and still down to earth, humble and kind. Thank you for this wonderful reaction!
Alter Bridge is like one of the best rock bands out there right now. You could listen to just about every album front to back. Check out Cry of Achilles. Awesome song but the list goes on with them.
What i like to you is that you're real humans. So sensitive. That means real strong people. I have to suggest some other metal songs like this but i think it's not right at least for now.
Thank you so much for doing this, I actually cried with you...such a beautiful reaction! The lyrics of the song were written by Myles Kennedy (the singer) originally about a good friend of him that actually sold him his first guitar. He lost him due to an illness if I am not mistaken. Later though after Chris Cornell's death they dedicated it to him. I would love to see you reacting to more Alter Bridge! If you want another emotional one from them try "In loving memory", if you want something heavier then Fortress would definitely be a good choice! #MetalChickPick Thank you again for this!
I have seen this song played live now 5 times here in Australia and everytime it's just as emotional and the purpose and feeling the song is played with is the same everytime, to me it's a modern day stairway to heaven it's a master piece on so many levels
Lovely reaction, love the vulnerability. This is why Alter Bridge is my favorite band of all time. All of their songs make me feel emotions that no other band can. They are my main influence as a musician. Beautiful message in the end Rich
I've had epilepsy since I was 7. I had seizures on a regular basis until I was 27 then they stopped. Then suddenly just last year on February 12th they came back after my having been seizure-free since 2002. On the 14th I had another and this time I fell off the bed during it and fractured/broke my left shoulder. I needed to have pins put in it and even now after over a year of recovery I still don't have full use of my arm. That's why my heart goes out to you both. Please know how much I sympathize with you and that you have my sincerest condolences. You two seem so full of love. I wish you both lots of love, kindness & compassion.
Lost my fiance when our daughter was 7 months old. Been a dedicated single father to her ever since, everyday hoping that I am doing good enough to carry on what we've created while keeping her memory alive. I don't need to request, you already know what it will be. Much love from the south east US. *hugs*
Thank you so much for your kind words, your encouragement, your wisdom and for sharing your story. We certainly appreciate how hard it is to carry on when those special people are no longer here. Please accept our most sincere condolences for the tragic loss of your beloved fiancé. Our hearts are with you as well. YOU are not alone either. This is your family too now. Please post this hashtag and the names of those you have lost as a reminder to all that they Rock In Peace - our new meaning for RIP: #RockInPeace Jared Ricks Thank you so much for being here with us on the channel and being who you are. I dedicated this song to my mother who fought with addiction my whole life, it finally caught up to her and she overdosed in 2010...I cry every time i hear this song. It's so deep.
I have always loved this song, this band. So powerful, so talented. I cried today, for my losses, for you guys. I dedicated Alter Bridge's song, In Loving Memory, to my mother at her funeral. I cry every time I hear it. I hope you can do a reaction to it as well. Love you guys.
Alter Bridge can have a very emotional conversation with you and never say a word. Glad you found them. Don't be afraid to hurt - it's how you know you are alive and it meant something. Peace for you.
I just recently started watching your channel and just came upon this reaction. I love Alter Bridge and this song and seeing how they dedicated it to Chris Cornell and what they put into this performance was incredible. WOW!! Love you guys and just keep being true to who you are. Rock On🌟🌟
I only recently found your channel and first and foremost want to say I am so sorry about your loss. This band AlterBridge - this was the first song I ever heard from them - has so much talent writing and in their musicianship that I personally have to rank them in the top three all time. I am 58 and discovered them at 53. This song in particular shows how much they pour their hearts and souls into the music. By far the most emotionally connected solos by both Mark and Myles. I haven’t heard a song from them yet that I do not appreciate and most I have worn out. Keep doing what you both are doing and I also appreciate both of your obvious love of music. Music is Therapy!
I never listened to the intro to this song by you guys until tonight and I’m so disappointed that I never did listen to it. You have all my prayers Kel and Rich. I can’t imagine your pain, myself never having children, but I will pray for you every night. Bless you guys. Just attended the funeral of my best friends mother, who basically adopted me as her “other son” after I lost everything years ago from my own personal loss. This song, and you two, have helped me deal with that loss. Thank you.
Kel and Rich, you guys are AWESOME! Alter Bridge is PHENOMENAL! Miles Kennedy is the Best rock singer out there today in my opinion and Mark Tremonti is incredible on Lead Guitar! Scott Phillips on drums is no slouch and Brian Marshall on Base rounds out this TREMENDOUSLY TALENTED BAND! SLASH wanted to team up with an awesome Lead Singer and naturally, he chose Miles to fill the slot! That right there proves that Miles has the “Chops”!
You both are very amazing people with great taste of music. Only a few people can feel the Spirit of Music....... not just hear it. You both definitely feel the deepest spirit. Please never stop your reaction vids. Love and Light to you.
Im so glad I have seen this video from you guys. This is a beautiful song about loss...I guess every human has it share, so all can fell connected with its message. My Grandpa passed away almost 30 years ago, he was actually my Father cos he raised me...everytime I hear this music I cry. So you guys, all the best and keep sharing music and emotions. Cheers from Portugal!
Listening to this song for over 3 Years now every day since my dad passed away. I listened to this song in the night my dad died für hours and cried knowing that he is gone.
Oh God I didnt knew about ur son,,sorry for Jared,,,, i m sure he is at peace and rocking in heaven,, U are one amazing soul Rich and Kel as well,, may good bless you with happiness and health,, much love!!!😘😘😘😘😘
A proper reaction. I feel like very few really take this song to heart. I played this at my friends funeral and will always and forever remember him. Good job guys. R.I.P. Jared&Larry...
Just now seeing this video. Im glad this song found its way to you. Ive had a real tough past couple years lost some really close people to me including my good friend, mom, godfather, and most recently my dads best friend and this song helps me every time i hear it.
I don't know what is best in this channel, the reactions or the lovely massages of you, guys. RUclips in another place. Not a place of superficiality, as I used to think, but a place to talk about the human condition. Beautiful!
I found both Chris Cornell's and Alter Bridge, especially Myles when I was caring for my mom & best friend ever got dementia. This music found me then. Now, I lost her in April after caring for she fell & was taken to the hospital. She died in eight days & I never got to see her again. She was so ready to go & that gives me comfort for her. Still in the pandemic, isolating in the house we shared is brutal. Always take time to tell those you love how much you care. Just a testament to how music heals, it wouldn't have been music that was my usual taste so I have two Alter Bridge albums and two from Chris. I received a t-shirt of each as gifts. Genre aside, some songs just resonate straight to your heart & emotions. That leads to discovering a whole genre of music overlooked. Incredible performance. I'm sorry about your son & I hope precious memories can give some comfort. (sorry so long)
Thank you so much Verna. We are so sorry about your loss. But thank goodness you found the music. It does heal! Thank you so much also for the kind words about our son Jared. To make matters much worse, my brother Bruce committed suicide on Friday. We are totally reeling from this. 2020 can not leave soon enough! Much love. Knr
This is one of those songs where words of praise fall so short. It's amazing. Myles Kennedy's voice is amazing. An amazing vehicle for delivering a powerful message. This song and Wings for Marie always bring a tear.
Thanks for sharing guys. You've got such beautiful spirit. Alterbridge is and has been my favorite band for years. Their fans feel like a family #ABfamily. This song is by all measures a perfect glimpse into the human condition and soul. Much love
Tears are silent respect and admiration when we can't speak.
Beautifully said 💜
...silent reverence.
Man, truer word never said!
That's a fact...well said
Isn’t it amazing where sometimes we can find peace! This song touches the most beautiful parts of our inner soul! You can feel every word he sings! A truly beautiful song! May love, hope and peace be with you always!
New fans just realizing the awesomeness of Alter Bridge! They are great!
Most under-rated band of the last 20 years. Top notch musicians, great live act, and super nice guys
Alter Bridge are undoubtedly currently one of the best rock groups around at the moment. Myles Kennedy vocals are amazing Mark Tremonti lead guitar is exceptional! You won't be disappointed with pretty much all their albums
Mr Kennedy & Mr Tremonti and the other guys are the Universe - Heh Slash. you're in here too. You know.
I consider them to be one of the best bands of all time. Every single one of their albums is outstanding. My favorite part about them is how uplifting their music is. Absolutely one of my favorite all time bands.
FACTS!!!
Not to mention the song writing from them
@@SageNemesis even their emotional songs, like this one, have an uplifting quallity

And truth disclosure: I also cried the first time I heard Alter Bridge's In Loving Memory, and Wonderful Life. Also Daughtry's Open Up Your Eyes . I cry EVERY time I hear it. So beautiful and emotional. Deep.
@@davesmith4933 life must go on and wonderful life are underrated AB songs.. These two and blackbird are my favorite from this group...
this is not metal
@@Ravenstorm163 so what.
Well done Kel n Rich...... Well done. Thank you.
You too Stephen! We love sharing this. So moving. So real.
The strength to listen to that song just 11 weeks after your sons passing , i commend you.
❤ Loved this reaction guys. BlackBird is one of those soul grasping epics.
Hey guys I really enjoy your reactions. I lost both of my children 21 months apart. I’ve listened to this song so many times with tears flowing. So sorry to hear about your son. Stay strong.
One day this band will get credit for how great they really are!!!! Incredible songs and musicianship-amazing amazing
He speaks to him through
this song in a very touching way.
💔
Not only is this my favorite band but also now they hold a very special place in my heart since my mother passed away about a year and a half ago.
me too! . 2/2/2022 T.S. BEST FREIND EVER!!
Please post this hashtag and the names of those you have lost as a reminder to all that they Rock In Peace - our new meaning for RIP:

@@Kel.N.RichReactions Thank you as well for your equally kind words. One good thing with my brother was that he could somehow sense a seizure coming a few seconds in advance so he could take precautions not to hurt himself or anyone else most of the time.
It was still painful to watch him more or less unable to do anything other than watch out.

Great comment..
@@MrMichael51264 thanks! 🤘
Alter Bridge has this weird thing going on where they're a pretty big band but no one seems to know them at the same time.
Thanks Shama longa ding dong 😂
@@TheAlexheald 😂
Such a beautiful song. Its strange when events happen and something you've listened to for years suddenly gives a voice to the things you have no words for. Respect for holding it together through that - I dont think I would have.
A masterpiece, I recommend that you listen to them more. Please react to Alter Bridge - Words Darker than their Wings (live at the royal albert hall). I hope that you enjoy it. Thanks for this reaction, is a beautiful song.
I second that.
Carlos Salcedo yes. Love that. Incredible performance n close to amazing like this. Not for emotion but the amazing singing n musicality. Wow.
yes this
When I heard of Chris's passing it hurt me to my core.
Alter Bridge is huge all over the world, just not right here in the US. It's absurd. Rock on and help them reach a wider audience. .\../
This was heartbreakingly beautiful.
Hands down one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in my life. Wish I could give you both hugs
Alter Bridge is like one of the best rock bands out there right now. You could listen to just about every album front to back. Check out Cry of Achilles. Awesome song but the list goes on with them.
...and "Dust" by Tremonti (his solo stuff)
Great reaction. Think I got dirt in my eyes 😢😭
i got ever more dirt in my brain... i ever have to think, that she is a real beast in bed...^^
What i like to you is that you're real humans. So sensitive. That means real strong people. I have to suggest some other metal songs like this but i think it's not right at least for now.
Love this song.....just so emotional.
Hope you're better soon guys. Wishing you well from the UK
Thank you D K! We are here. KnR ❤️🙏🏽🔥
This was better than the recorded version and the recorded version is a masterpiece.
Big thanks to you and your wife. This Song is like therapy. I hope you are allright now. Send love and respect to you from Europe.
I second In loving memory an absolutely beautiful song. Would also recommend listening to the live performance
I have seen this song played live now 5 times here in Australia and everytime it's just as emotional and the purpose and feeling the song is played with is the same everytime, to me it's a modern day stairway to heaven it's a master piece on so many levels
I've seen many performances of this song, and this was was the absolute best, by far. I got chills like the first time I've heard it.
Still one of my FAVORITE REACTIONS ON RUclips!! Thanks Kel-N-Rich
I’ve watched this reaction so many times and it always makes me cry. Best wishes.
I can only listen to this song if I'm ready to cry. Thank you for sharing and I'm sorry for your loss.
This song always gets me. Thanks for not holding your emotions in.
Lost my fiance when our daughter was 7 months old. Been a dedicated single father to her ever since, everyday hoping that I am doing good enough to carry on what we've created while keeping her memory alive.
I don't need to request, you already know what it will be.
Much love from the south east US. *hugs*

I think about my grandma when I listen to this song. She passed in February. It hits me everytime
I heard this song soon after my mom passed and it still makes me cry every time I hear it and I think about her and how much I miss her
Same here, brother. Lost my mom suddenly on July 1st of 2018. This or Pink Floyd's "Time" gets me every time.
I really appreciate you sharing your reactions with us. Thank you.
Damn,I am crying now ! You said it the best rich . For all our loved ones lost . Myles has such a unique , warm , soulful voice .
A very powerful, moving and beautiful song. You said it perfectly that they're playing with purpose.
Thank you.
first time here. Blackbird brought me cause its one of the my favorite songs ever. Glad you enjoyed the awesomeness! Sorry for your loss
One of the best rock songs ever, perfect in every way ....enough said. Many thanks and take care.
Ow man, even though you held it in, I can't help but shed some tears. Even though my father died in 2003, every time I hear this song I remember him.
You both are very amazing people with great taste of music. Only a few people can feel the Spirit of Music....... not just hear it. You both definitely feel the deepest spirit. Please never stop your reaction vids. Love and Light to you.
Good reaction video. I'd upvote twice if I could.
"Amazing"...... "different level" it's passion and how you say something!
This song is an absolute masterpiece! Lyrically, vocally, musically!
A beautiful and touching reaction. It means so much to me to see this and share it with you

Thanx 4 getting me teared up @ 530am, Dammit! 😥 much ❤ & sorry4 ur loss!
I don't know what is best in this channel, the reactions or the lovely massages of you, guys. RUclips in another place. Not a place of superficiality, as I used to think, but a place to talk about the human condition. Beautiful!
What a band. Lucky to have seen them in the UK a few times. Beautiful
My condolences, I am so sorry for ur loss. Sending you both love from Australia ♥️♥️
This is a great song 🎵
You two are awesome! Period! Music can do so much .
Oh, I know this moment...you try to convey the feeling from a song, but your voice breaks, the tears are right there under the lip.
Lots of love to both of you!
Take care!
Thanks for sharing guys. You've got such beautiful spirit. Alterbridge is and has been my favorite band for years. Their fans feel like a family #ABfamily. This song is by all measures a perfect glimpse into the human condition and soul. Much love
Rich, you're so utterly magnanimous! I don't know how you keep it together, because I can't.
