- The Young and the Restless stars Sharon Case (Sharon), Mark Grossman (Adam) and Jordi Vilasuso (Rey) chat with Michael Fairman in this exclusive conversation for the Michael Fairman Channel.
On the CBS Daytime drama, the characters of Adam, Sharon, and Rey are currently involved in a romantic triangle, where Sharon is married to Rey, but compelled and drawn to her ex-husband, Adam. In recent episodes, Adam and Sharon kissed which has set up more drama and tension in Genoa City now that a photo of their lip-lock surfaced and circulated; including for Adam's fiancée Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), who is wheelchair bound, but knows of his betrayal.
During the chat, Sharon, Mark and Jordi discuss their complex on-screen relationships, what happened when Mark auditioned for the key role of Adam, the character of Sharon's battle with breast cancer, and who Sharon feels is Sharon Newman's true love, Nick (Joshua Morrow) or Adam?
In addition, the trio share their reactions to the news that their castmate, Sasha Calle (Lola) just landed the role of 'Supergirl' in the upcoming film, "The Flash".

Mark has done an amazing job stepping into the role of Adam. Jordi’s doing such a great job & Sharon is fantastic as always. Sharon always gravitates to Adam, especially when he’s struggling with something. He’ll always have place in her heart.

I watch this show, faithfully-in my OPINION, Mark Grossman, Adam, does the Absolute BEST JOB - better than all the rest! He plays every scene like it is REAL LIFE & makes everyone love his charismatic personality!!

I just wanted to say Sharon’s got two very handsome guys to work with,While watching the interview I knew that they all were beautiful people,but I’ve got to say Wow all three of them are Flawless really, I hope Rey doesn’t leave the show any time soon 🥲because he’s just to good to let him go ( I’ve always loved him on everything he has been in)

@@terryrademacher1515 she actually hasn't. She has Hashimoto's disease. It caused weight gain, puffiness in the face, particularly in the eyes and lips.
She's actually had botox done before, and stated that she will probably have it again. It's up to her, and nobody else's business with whom, we are to judge!!!...:) She's beautiful!!!

Adam saved Faith's life. Someome should tell her that and everyone he saves, which is most of her family. She doesn't know that. Faith knew about the kidnapping for years. Necer cared. The bullying is screwing with her mind
Jordi was in a movie with Logan Marshall-Green(childhood neighbor)and James Franco. He was great in that. I like the chemistry between these 3.

Such awesome actors..Love them all! I have watched Y&R from the beginning and I agree these soap stars worked hard in portraying their character. We may not always like how the storyline is going but I believe they put their heart into ever scene. Love Y&R and all the Cast ❤️

I am glad I saw this interview. I have watched since year 2 of Y&R. Little by little the writers have destroyed so many characters. They get rid of Daniel and Donny, we barely see Paul and Michael and then bring on people we are not invested in. I for one don’t care about people Kyle messed with years ago. How can Abby have her child with no Chance. It now takes me 10 - 15 minutes to watch an entire show. For the character of Sharon looks so bad now. The damage to Faith is unbelievable. I am team Rey and Sharon.

I didn't think I would like Mark as Adam but he has made the role his own . He is my favorite on the show now .Adam is misunderstood .He just was to be accepted by the Newman family . I am glad Victor is finally standing up for Adam . His half siblings have always treated him horribly because of Jealousy .I wish Adam would show those spoiled brats up and be more successful than any of them .

OMG I feel the say way! Never have I ever seen a love scene that hot! They were on fire! If for some reason the writers go that route and pair Adam and Sharon, they need to recreate that love scene.

Soap actors work harder than anyone else. Soaps are dramas that don't begin and end in an hour or half hour. Believe it or not some of the things that happen on soaps really happen. I have been into y and r since grade school, I am now 61 years 👵 old. I used to call it Mrs.chancellor.🙏❤✌👵

Wonder why Mark and Sharon are keeping their real life relationship such a secret. Particularly when the Adam/Sharon kiss made it so obvious ( because they could have physical contact). I think it should’ve been talked about that that’s a big reason they’re pushing the Sharon/Adam relationship- because they are a real life couple. I kept waiting for them to admit it during this interview.

Oh Wow we don't see Ray smile much on the show, he always looks sad. I like Ray he's had bad luck with 2 women so far. He's quite handsome with such a beautiful smile . I feel so sorry for Ray. Why would the character of Sharon who has recently become therapist & uses it for connection with someone that she’s been emotionally connected with, Adam?pursue that story line? She also pushes daughter Faith to seek therapy? ALSO....why wouldn’t this Sharon therapist resist therapy with Rey????? Don’t these characters evolve, learn from experiences?
