Hidden chest at Mt. of the Mortal Dragon - Legend of Dragoon

On the Mountain of the Mortal Dragon there's a hidden chest located on the path to the battle with the Divine Dragon. The upper chest (the visible one) contains a Body Purifier while the chest below it (a bit hidden) contains a repeatable item, Speed Down.

I started playing this again got about 30 hours into it then quit these games are just too long.
