My Mets just dont win when Johan Santana starts a game. They have now lost the last 6 games that were started by Johan Its either Johan pitches nicely but they lose in the end due to lack of offense, or the bullpen blows it, or Johan coughs it up late. or Johan pitches poorly. I remembered when my Mets lost to the Phillies on July 04 in walk off fashion, thats when I came to the realization that whatever magic my Mets had in 2006 and the first two months of 2007, well, that magic is now long gone and they are now just a .500 team since June 01 2007 But starting tomorrow July 05, my Mets will finally start looking like the 2006 Mets and play great for the rest of the season.... lets just hope that it will be enough to make the postseason
