- Can I paint my engine bay without spending too much money?
All I had was some tape, all purpose cleaner, engine degreaser, half a can of clear-coat and a free weekend so I bought just TWO cans of paint and saw if It was possible to paint the whole engine bay in one weekend.
The short answer.......yes. The engine bay was pretty empty since it is a SOHC EG Hatchback...without AC.
Disclaimer I would like to mention that actually sanding down the surface and adding the right amount of clear coat would make this DIY project ideal for someone on a budget.
Sanding with a toothbrush... legend

the proper size wheels are 15X7 with 35 offset with 205/50/15 or you can go 15X8 with 35 offset with 225/45/15's,I'm still getting an idea how to paint my engine bay without removing my engine.
Yeahh the offset is what got me.. ohh well i had to learnt he hard way i guess. I actually have to repaint mine as well cause it got overspray from new paint job

@@projectgoodspeed there are two kinds of clear coat,mat and gloss,I waited for at least 45min to dry
