    Nice video Steven, impressive strength 💪. I think I'm going to start using the slingshot again. It can't make my bench any worse 😂.

      I don't use it for every set which is the point that I tried to get across in the video. I bench twice per week and use it on the second day for overloading. Keep me informed as to your progress with the slingshot. I think if use correctly it will boost your bench.

      @@fitman046e yes, I think I'd use it in the same way. Maybe work up to a heavy 3-5 rep on bench then switch to the slingshot for 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps at that weight, or hopefully, heavier. We'll see
