I agree, but the vomiting is not crazy. When my brother and his friend (both in the army and personal trainers) started to train me, for the first 5 sessions, I would vomit during them 🤣 they let me go to the bathroom, finish, wash my face, then would make me continue the workout 🤣

Im new to powerlifting and currently an u53kg subjunior competitor. Just turned 18, and looking to rise up into the u59kg class for juniors. Watching these guys is bloody inspiring! Just competed in nationals for a 120/80/180 total at 51kg, i could only hope to get anywhere within 100kgs of these crazy u59s!!! But yea its awesome to watch

I think when people come to the platform and go away thinking what kilo's did I leave in my gym bag. Kole walks away knowing he left nothing in the bag. he gave 100% and when he tried to go for that 105% lift to get on the 3rd step it didn't work out. Next year I think we will see a much bigger and stronger lifter, most likely in the 66kg class

I know this is an old video, but god damn, 59kg? At 19 I was nearly 100kg, granted at the time I was infantry in the army, this guy just seems tiny to me, which makes these lifts more impressive!
There are some people his size, smaller and larger who can override their "governors" if you will. Some call it "reatard strength". I guess some people can try harder than others. I for one can easily injure myself lifting or "doing" things because I can physically move, lift some pretty heavy stuff but my muscles dont like it.

There are some people his size, smaller and larger who can override their "governors" if you will. Some call it "reatard strength". I guess some people can try harder than others. I for one can easily injure myself lifting or "doing" things because I can physically move, lift some pretty heavy stuff but my muscles dont like it.
