  • To prepare
Signature stamps, a round brush, a flat brush, a plate for ink, thin Korean papers (can be replaced with other thin paper that spreads well), used waste papers, a pressing stone (something that you can press to keep your paper from moving.), etc.
Here are three different ways of drawing flowers that I use most often.
    1. 1 round method - drawing with one brush
When drawing flowers, start brushing roughly, but lift it thinly when you take off the brush.
Draw each petal one by one as you draw a circle.
    2. 2 half-round method - drawing with two brushes
Do not rush as if you are writing. Keep calm, and draw with a relaxed mind.
Draw petals as if two semicircles face each other.
    3. No line Method _ Draw with strokes
This technique is a little different from the previous two ways of expressing the shape of the petals.
It is effective for highlighting flowers with color.
Paint the petals with the color you want to express and the flower’s stamens and pistil with dark ink.
'Sumukdamchaehwa' is a traditional Korean ink painting technique painted through the brightness of ink, called 'Muk.' It is similar to a watercolor painting. But it is drawn with one brush without repeating.
In Asian cultures, black and white, which were not regarded as a color in the West, were recognized as colors. If you need a new meditation method, I recommend you try it.
