I had the black and purple when I was 14 back in 1994 it cost 1500 I loved doing wheels zero to 47 in a sec there was three of us my partner had the Grey one which was not shown on your video his front was Grey he had the British bulldog decals on the front of it. Kick start or electric start option. That brought back a lot of memories seeing your video damn 😢 I miss my Jog
Wow, yeah my first one i got which i saved up for like a year and change was a 95 black and purple nextzone brand new and yes it was 1,500 bucks! when i was 15 as well….prob the best day of my life..you were the man having one of these back then ..it was like someone pulling up in a brand new M3 lol…my fave color was the blue and gray combo! You should find another one and re-live that youth!
Got one of these 1999 in dark blue/purple - adding a new exhaust and removing the limiting washer to get a better top speed ;) Added new mirrors, rear turning lights and a little storage box on the back. So fun, loved my R6 but this thing is SO fun to mess around on!
Not as Fast with no helmet storage and older looking IMO but reliable bike. 2nd Gen look nicer and quicker and 3rd is the fastest. But whatever you find or have enjoy it!
I have the 3Kj a good fast and practical scooter. But there's many many mechanical problems, and anyone can't find it, so I am gonna dump it Unfortunately
hey man. i have the 3rd gen 50cc horizontally installed minarelli engine. is mine 3kj too? do all 1st-3rd gen jogs carry the same minarelli engine? the first two vertically while the last horizontally? thanks man
@@mccoysempire7706 in my country all Yamaha jog bikes are not popular, and you gonna never see a number of them in the streets so there re not parts available new or used for fixing and this is a problem
@@Silnyc_ hey man I have a black one 1980 something it seems a tad different than the one in the vid like instead of a storage under the seat it has a battery console and a my gas tank it’s not running well but I’m sure after I mess with the carb it will do much better. back when I bought it and put in a fresh carb the mf would do wheelies and burn outs and it saved my ass taking me into town when I needed a way to work this shitty scooter will always have a place in my heart

How often will i have to add oil for the oil injector to work good and is there any issue
When the oil light comes on..but i would check the reservoir tank there is a MIN and MAX mark on it.
It’s the first generation a good bike?
