    D!!! I just followed you on vivino. We have similar tastes - i lived in wine country for a few years and have a couple of recommendations for you. Daou Eye of the Falcon; Sbragia cab; boekenoogen petite sirah; and four lanters cab franc in paso.... also holmon ranch's jarman line if youre looking for a good pinot noir.

    Hey Dietmar, really appreciate your enthusiastic videos! Keep ist up!
    Just have to remark That you cannot, by Definition, Produce champagne Outside of the champagne Region in France. I recommend the Book „real Food Fake Food“ By Larry Olmsted for further references in the US-Context.
