I had no idea so many of your ground plants attracted pollinators and that you had so much milkweed. I want more milkweed to attract butterflies! I'm going to plant more things this fall. I'm hoping for onions, garlic, dahlias and sunflowers. They seem like a good starting point for me. I'm not sure I'm ready to care for fruit trees.

Fruit trees are not difficult if you choose correctly. Check with your neighbors and see what fruit trees they have thriving in their yards. It’ll help guide you

What do you recommend to use for a first time planter to use for a trellis planter? I have 2 trellis planters that are 48 in and I want to do something easy but beautiful out of it. I thought tomatoes but I've seen too many birds and I feel like I'm going to fight the birds for the tomatoes

Do you want edible or ornamental for your trellis? You will have to compete with the wildlife for all your edibles, but passion fruit is a great option if you like it. Jazmine is nice for ornamental in my opinion.

Hiw you are going to harvest the wweet potato l know they are under ground ?

The sweet potatoes are in plastic bins and planters. When they are ready, I will dig them up just like regular potatoes. The process is fun in my opinion! It’s like a scavenger hunt☺️
