Big miss not having the ability to run a pistol grip on the A300 Ultima. I would assume it has to do with the operating system or something. Still can't justify 1,500+ on a 1301 with as limited of shotgun shooting as I engage in. Both are beautiful though.
I have both (see my channel if you think I’m lying 😅) and the A300 is better in literally every single way, maybe except for the bull barrel on the A1, and the proven durability of the Mossberg over many years of use and data collection

Officer Greg, of Taofledermous fame, did a review on his channel of a choke tube designed to tighten up Buckshot patterns & reduce recoil that was interesting, but it is not compatible with slugs.
Do they come in 10 gauge?
PS: A pistol grip on a shotgun is not tactical, but the shoulderrest into the face is.
I may have asked you this before but have you had opportunity to shot the Hyperion Munitions FEAR112 FEAR-112 12 Gauge?
Got an all black A300 Patrol a week or two ago and I LOVE this thing! Its just right for me. I prefer standard stock over pistol grip so its perfect for me.
A300 Made in the USA 🇺🇸
1301 Made in Italy 🤷♂️
I like the grey finish
Lucky me, I own both.
704 TACTICAL I think you’re confused, the loading port is the one thing that’s absolutely superior on the A300 to 13. 01. A blind guy could see that obviously you don’t know what you’re talking about. Not very professional of you.
Big miss not having the ability to run a pistol grip on the A300 Ultima. I would assume it has to do with the operating system or something. Still can't justify 1,500+ on a 1301 with as limited of shotgun shooting as I engage in. Both are beautiful though.
thanks
A300 leaves enough extra $$$ for an optic, light, side saddles, and sling.
I can already assume what the results are going to be, but this is a comparison I definitely wanted to see.
If someone had 1500 to spend on a semiautomatic shotgun, he or she should buy A300 and spend the rest on ammo, just saying
I got a good deal on the 1301 LE Tactical. Wondering though, will the foregrip on the 300 fit the 1301? I need better mounting options for my light.
Really you don't like the mossberg 940?
I would like to see you evaluate the A300 against the Mosberg 569 A1 tactical as I believe they are similar in price.
I have both (see my channel if you think I’m lying 😅) and the A300 is better in literally every single way, maybe except for the bull barrel on the A1, and the proven durability of the Mossberg over many years of use and data collection
@@N7mudkip Thanks for getting back to me with the good advice, I do appreciate it. I’m getting older now and my main concern is to have something to protect my wife and me against intruder(s). I can’t imagine anything more devastating the an automatic 12. (Maybe a claymore but that just ain’t practical).
The 1301 is the better shotgun, but is it 50-60% better? Nope. That’s why the A300 is Beretta’s best selling shotgun.
Picked up my A300 ultima patrol in gray for 904.00 shipped..
I just got a 1301 for $1,900 after taxes in VA
Would be nice if they upgraded the forend of the 1301 to have some Mlok on it I like the a300
Hi sir can you make a comparison between a300 ultima patrol vs 1301 mod 2
The bottom line is its a bad design the barrel should have a welded extended tube holder not a plastic one that slides around on your barrel and wears a hole in it and that goes for the 940 also I have both of those guns and that plastic holder is junk
I love the ApocaVic build!
Love both of these for me their better than that benelli m4
I also have both and both are great
Pistol grip one is going for 1679$ here in so Cali 😢
Love my A300.
both great shotguns
Can the A300 patrol handguard/forearm grip be switched over to fit on the 1301
Love your content bud, but it is “for all intents and purposes” sorry not trying to be pedantic but it was driving me crazy! Keep up the great work
Thanks ! haha now i know
Is there something better than the 1301 mod 2?
Question: does OEM the pistol grip of the 1301 will fit on the 300 ?
I just told my daughter i need a 1301 for my birthday.
1619 for 1301 , 999 for a300 bass pro prices
Sounds like a commercial from Beretta
Does the A300 Ultima Tactical come with a plastic case like the 1301?
No
Helpful review. One note: The phrase is "for all intents and purposes."
Thanks
For all "defensive porpoises"
Eastern Kentucky here
Put that stock on the 1301 it needs a update anyway!🙏🏼🤯🔫
Great vid
1301 so classic beautiful
Who makes that pistol grip stock for the 1301?
Mesa Tactical
Stick to the dollar tree Friday's bro
Pretty dope
For “all extensive purposes” or “for all intents and purposes” 🤷🏻♂️
Try the gen 12
1301 has never been to war
I think 1301 performs better than A300.
The idiomatic phrase is "for all intents and purposes."
The phrase, "for all extensive purposes" means nothing.
intents, not extents.
Benelli M-Quattro is the superior shotgun.
