    I wouldn't see it as a crappy job if you're actually doing it, it's hard to do something you don't want to do or to do something with extreme quality while being distracted and mentally else where, when going thru something and still having the responsibility of having to show up you have to be able to be flexible with the expectations of the outcome , not many start put ad an expert at anything, just do the best you can with each thing everyday and if somedays the quality isn't what you want recognize it except it and continue to practice and keep moving and taking action anyways eventually everything balances out as long as you keep going and work towards your goals and peace of mind .

    "BETTER not Perfect" was something i tried last year( I stopped doing it, so need to begin again) focussing on QUICK or EASY things you've been putting off. i got a lot done, by doing some things over several days even. (painted a wall. Day one.. sanded some rough patches for 15mins and spot primed them, next day one colour coat over the primer patches, few days later i painted the whole wall. took 4hrs in total over the few days.. it had been causing stress for years, now you just walk past it like there was never an issue. i bet many people have these bad areas that may only take 30mins a day for a week to completely improve with a crappy job.(wall needs painting properly one day, due to different colour slightly to the others which are due, but this bad wall now is no issue at all). bad diet improved by doing a crappy job also.. cut out/replace a bad food item forever. (replace a donut with an apple etc)

      @davidchishimba9466 yes, i have a chin up bar for the doorway and some dumbells and won't need anything more for a long time using bodyweight most of the time.
