Indeed ring sizing is a tricky subject and I just thought it would be good to put a concise video out on the subject. Hopefully it wasn't too boring! So many people measure their ring size incorrectly with printable sheets and pieces of paper so I had to address the issue!
i'm making skate rings and my first one was yesterday but it fits my pinky but not my ring finger i'm afrade of it being to skinny and i don't want to break it. what do i do
Nice one man - think it's just trial and error at this stage. Mine was about 3.5mm thick so was plenty strong. I'd advise having another go - maybe drill a bigger hole if it needs to fit a bigger finger?
Sure I will make a new video on this soon. It's pretty much a case of trying on the plastic rings until one is a nice fit! There's no exact science which makes sizing a ring finger pretty tricky!
