Patrick, I absolutely love your Vlogs and you were part of the inspiration to obtain my full M/C licence at 62. I looking forward to moto-camping and doing this loop next year. Thank you so much for sharing your passion for your country and two wheels.
Good luck derosabike - you'll lov'it. I've not ridden for over 13 years and this summer I moved to Snowdonia from 20 years in London, wow it is heaven on Earth and I decided I needed a bike so I got the train down to South Wales to buy a Bike. Not ridden for 13 years I got myself a CBR1100xx Super blackbird (it was the fastest bike in the world) - on the train going down to pick her up I was thinking what are doing you fool - 10 minutes on her and it was like daddies home the 13 years disappeared and I felt like I had never been off a bike - truly magical and spent the summer and the autumn learning Snowdonia on the bike - I've done Patricks loop many, many, many times the roads are fantastic you'll have to vist Snowdonia - week days are the best much quieter and less boys in blue about - lots of weekend bikers so lots of police out at weekends.
@@PGTripsMedia I've done your loop so many times,it is fantastic - also if you turn right at the top of Pen-Y-Pass down towards Beddgelert - the roads slow down to Beddgelert but there are 2 great lakes beford you hit Beddgelert for wild swimming and midway between the lakes is the Watkin Path - man the deepest aquamarine pools stretching almost a mile running down the mountain with each pool connected to the one above by waterfalls - a truly magical place, next spring/summer ride put a towel and your teunks in your topbox - I promise you you will not be disappointed. Not sure which way to come though but if you pull off the A55 at Abergele - in Abergele center take the A548 down to Llanrwst then onto your loop via Betws-y-Coed you'll love it. It is a real quite 18 mile stretch with lots of great sweepers and twisties and some good fast straights and the Betws-y-Coed - Llanrwst A470 back upto - Llandudno Junction A55 is a real rather bike friendly road also - both fantastic roads but A548 best on a dry day as lots of crap washed on the road from mountains in the rain or just after a rainy periiod.
Another great road reccomendation Patrick. I came for the fine dining review; Esso, Greggs, Asda... but stayed along for the ride ;-) .Hope you're enjoying your time overseas. It's a wet one today in West Wales.
Cheers mate! 👍🏻 I normally nail 2 steak slices - thought I’d keep it a bit more upmarket 🤣 We could do with a bit of that rain here - constant 33 degree heat is getting boring now 😝
@@PGTripsMedia Steak slices can be dangerous though. The gravy can go anywhere. I'll stick mainly to the yum yums and cofee donut 🍩. I'll try express some sympathy for the soaring temperature - then again maybe not 🙂. Ride safe.
Video was already too long so had to be cut…it happened as I was travelling into Snowdonia and was removed as soon as I got home. Seagulls here are fucking brutal 🤣
Its so civilised. No manic traffic looks a pleasure to ride those roads. Can actually enjoy some scenery without worrying about a flea mutt or BBQ cart wandering into your path. God speed.
@PGTripsMedia I'm drinking Hawkers stout from Australia. 179 baht a can. Check it out at Tops supermarket. It's a nice one. 👌 Some local nig crashed into my bike while it was parked. Crushed the thing and the helmet. He was nice enough to wait for me to return but I'm off the road until his insurance works it out. Bikeless until I work out if I'm buying something new. 😄
No way!!! Get a new ride dude - triumph 400s are sexy. I heard Food For Foreigners were selling Guinness for 200 a can 😫 I’ll be in Phuket for a few days soon - we’ll go for a drop somewhere you bum.
@PGTripsMedia well after that reply I went to FFF and bought 10 cans you bum. Thanks for the tip. 219 baht per can is pricey I still think it's better to pay 280 for a fresh keg pint. Let's see.
Verdict is in. The cans are waaaay better quailty beer. I can smash 6 cans zero hangover. The pints i feel shit after 4 Malaysian brewed keg Guinness. Im a can man this day forward. Tell everyone you know. 😂
Love this guy's enthusiasm lol. Yes it comes across
🤣🤣
Thanks dude 🙏🏻
What a place to ride a motorbike , this as wetted my appetite to explore Wales 👍👍
Sure is! You won’t regret it 👍🏻
That orange paint is sweet . Nice roads to be on
They sure are 👍🏻

Your definition of epic is different to mine.
Great! 🤷🏻♂️🤣 Thanks for your comment. Hope you’re having an epic weekend! 👍🏻😊
Tell you what mate, you had me at Greggs.
Ahh a real man of culture, like myself. 🤣👍🏻
When did you do this?
Will try this route in the New Year when we get a bit warmer.
End of June, Phil 👍🏻
Thought I’d bring summer back for you guys for 18 minutes 🤣
@@PGTripsMedia Thanks 👍
Why wasn't the substantial bird s**it on your tank addressed? It's quite unsettling.

Yes mate - and the Guinness is cheaper 🤣🤣
