I can't believe the price of the canal house on Big Pine.
It is a great deal.
Check out the history on the keys when that storm came through and detailed trains . It's not meant to live there . If it happened once .
Usint that theory it's not safe to live anywhere in California because of the earthquakes, not safe to live anywhere in the Midwest because of the tornados and the list could go on. At least with hurricanes we have a week or two notice. I have lived in the same house in Key West for over 30 years and have never had any damage to my home outside of a tree branch in my yard.
