Nice house but I agree, $5M on Big Pine Key is insane. I could see $2M max and even that is high for that section of BPK.

$499,000 for a trailer not on the water is ridiculous. I can't believe any reputable realtor would list something like that.

Islamorada is pretty nice. Not much to do tho.. The restaurants, bars, boating and fishing is about all.
