Today, we're preparing three types of pakoras: Onion pakoras or Kanda pakode, Kanda bhajiya (as called in Maharashtra), Palak/Spinach pakoras, and Aloo pakoras. To complement these crispy treats, we’re also brewing a perfect cup of Classic masala chai/tea. These are the ultimate monsoon treats, perfect for a rainy day.
