I woke up today at 5am to a medical emergency for one of our 26 year old neighbors. So I was of loving service to him for a little over an hour. I felt the need to move gently this afternoon and of course, this class was the perfect reset! And the young man is going to be home soon and is ok! Win. Win : win.

We just moved to AZ sooo definitely needed energy. Time change, un packing and getting settled has me exhausted..this really helped my energy gain. Thanks
This is exactly what I needed today to stretch after hitting the weights again yesterday after a too long hiatus. I even got a great release in my upper spine right under my neck. Ahhhhhh…
This one was great. I tweaked/cramped my shoulder in the middle of the night. Not sure how the day would go since I am a professional musician and my right arm bears weight. I loved how I felt at the end. All of the stretches were good, except, lying on my front with the elbows under me has never been great. I often feel a pinch at the base of the spine, or my head sinks into my shoulders too much. It might take a bit of time for that one to feel better. Thanks!
Do you have a modified version for those of us that have zero balance, can’t get off the floor without the aid of a table or chair. I’m down 23 pounds, but still have another 20 to go. It’s time to start exercising, but with my fibromyalgia, I can’t do weights. I would love to try Pilates.

Stretching is a nice way to recover from weights. Glad it was just right.
