    I woke up today at 5am to a medical emergency for one of our 26 year old neighbors. So I was of loving service to him for a little over an hour. I felt the need to move gently this afternoon and of course, this class was the perfect reset! And the young man is going to be home soon and is ok! Win. Win : win.

    Really enjoyed somatic class had a flu type virus so not up to pushing myself, would love more of these stretching classes ❤

    Thank you Beth, getting out of bed this morning and feeling back weakness, needed a low energy gentle start to the day. Perfect for me, love all your classes so varied ,helpful and informative. Always feel refreshed and stronger in body and mind after a class with you.

    This is exactly what I needed today to stretch after hitting the weights again yesterday after a too long hiatus. I even got a great release in my upper spine right under my neck. Ahhhhhh…

    This one was great. I tweaked/cramped my shoulder in the middle of the night. Not sure how the day would go since I am a professional musician and my right arm bears weight. I loved how I felt at the end. All of the stretches were good, except, lying on my front with the elbows under me has never been great. I often feel a pinch at the base of the spine, or my head sinks into my shoulders too much. It might take a bit of time for that one to feel better. Thanks!

    Do you have a modified version for those of us that have zero balance, can’t get off the floor without the aid of a table or chair. I’m down 23 pounds, but still have another 20 to go. It’s time to start exercising, but with my fibromyalgia, I can’t do weights. I would love to try Pilates.
