Okay! I just finished rewatching all 4 seasons tonight. Season 1 & 2 were absolute masterpieces. Season 3 starts Good, get boring af, end spectacularly.
Season 4 starts boring gets a bit interesting in the mid and have a pretty average ending. The whole marriane plot was just boring. I could not help but skip through it a lot.
With all that being said. I am extremely excited fot the last season. Coz Joe has the power, he knows his reality and he is back in NewYork.
At this point the story has lost its fire. After Love died it’s just getting old now

This is going to be kind of a long rant so either you can read it or scroll pass I've been wanting to talk about this for a while and SPOILERS as well to anyone who hasn't watched You
For me I think the first 3 seasons were Top Tier, season 4 was uncalled for, "You" has to be one of my favorite TV Shows, but Season 4 just threw me off, yes I do like what they did with it, Season 4 was not about Joe chasing after love anymore but now battling his inner self, it would have been a perfect season if they just didn't add SO MANY UNNECESSARY fill in characters. For anyone who was confused about season 4 trust me you aren't the only one I had to watch it twice plus watch some explanations to really grasp what was going on because of all the unnecessary characters. Season 4 was now about the psychosis of Joe, it relieved a famous line by Dr. Nicky who said in earlier seasons "I think there's 2 of you" (Pretty much the mind of a physopath, with multiple personality disorder) season 4 would have been a great season if it solely focused on that, but it got boring watching all these other story lines before the side character didn't even play a major role and ended up just dying 🤣. To me the show should have ended with season 3 (We know Joe will never change he had all of what he ever wanted, someone to truly see him for who he is and become a family man but he burned it all to the ground) and season 4 could have been a "Extra" sort of say season explaining why Joe does what he does (Multiple personality disorder, believing 1 side of him is good and 2nd is bad) and the series should have stop there Season 5 is now just milking it Netflix
