    157rwkw through the 4spd auto is very strong. 14sec car right there. My old 4.0 EF auto with pacemakers, full 2.5system, made 125rwkw. So 157rwkw is very healthy. That vs would hammer...theyre only 1400kg.

    Did these motors not come with 147kw(200hp) from the factory? Is 10hp all a cam package, intake and exhaust makes after all those upgrades and a tune?

      That'll be 147 at the flywheel, at the wheel it'll be more like 90-100kw so about a 60-70kw increase from a cam package.

      @@MattyMooxX I suppose I never realised just how much is lost through the transmission and putting it to the rear wheels. As a VS Commodore owner myself I was just surprised with the results of the video.

      @@jimmyjackbill4993 I'm no expert but that's just kinda what I've noticed over the years, usually lose about 40-50kw just through the drivetrain. Sucks quite a bit as the ecotecs don't really make that much power to begin with😂

      Waste of money😆 and this dyno reads high ,turbo the Ecotec is the way to go

      @@solomonangus2804 Too many variables but the thing with these engines is that......they are only a V6. People expect NA V8 performance out of a V6 with the same car body weight. Running stage 3 cams makes them not very fin to drive. The strength of the Ecotec is its longevity. So many older motors standing up to being stock Turbo, some without a tune even. Then there's the Yella Terra Ecotec charger or Rotrex that can be bolted on. These engines are popular in the US again on smaller car bodies.

    These come factory, @152 klw, not much gain, but its a vs, lighter tgan a VT vx,

      The intake manifold spacer is the one that makes the best lowdown power.

    157 is that all, an untuned ba auto makes that with an intake and exhaust

      ​@@elijahmcculloch7189 N/A barras with an intake and exhaust lose power unless they get tuned
      I had a BF I know they rely on too many sensors to gain power without a tune they just lean out as they can't adjust the fuel to the point needed to get the correct ratio
      Same with diff gear changed in auto barras you need to get them tuned to shift earlier or they smash limiter every shift
