"That's what this community is about: learning and improving together." instant sub. love it
Thank you for the love and support ❤️🙏🕹
super facts. just subbed as well.
teddie reyes thank you for your support 🙏❤️
You your comment is so true I wish other people felt that way about other games as well because it’s all about having fun because no matter how good you are there’s always someone better lol even the greatest loose in other words mike Tyson lost Michael Jordan lost Patrick uwin never got a ring lol so we should all just help one another emprove
Matthew Wilson i agree, thank you for sharing 🙏❤️
I recently got a stick for Tekken 8. I thought I wasted money until I found this video lol. Thanks for this! It totally helped.
same!
all that just to drop tekken in the next few weeks. scrubs
Same as well!
Same lol
Same... I'm just sliding down the rankings
Just wanted to say that 3 years later, this video is still making an impact. Bought my first arcade stick recently and this has helped so much. Thank you!
I am very happy to hear that ❤️🙏
Agreed thanks so much for this
Whatv arcade stick did you purchase?
@@JoystickNY Hey excellent video i was just wondering , some people complain about 4 directional stick cause its harder do to a quarter circle than with a 8 directional. To your point of view and of to one of a new player does this really mean something ? (Espically for Jin kazama electrics what do you think)
@@Xxkenko38xX there are no 4 or 8 directional sticks, all sticks have full range of motion. I think you must be referring to the gate that’s usually easily swapped. The most common one being a square gate but most people especially the ones that play fighting games use an octagonal gate that gives you the 8 directional input points making quarter circles easier. Tho these days hitboxes are better and more consistent, I still prefer stick just for the feel of it.
You're so pleasant to watch and listen to, no obnoxious intro, no shouting and screaming. Just calm concise information.
personally i never liked the generic youtube style of making videos, if i dont like it, i dont want my videos to be like that, appreciate you
This guy is saying: thx for watching
But no one is saying thanks for the tutorial dude!
Kumablit thank you 🙏❤️
So, are you ever going to thank him for it? I mean, I don't see one here from you...
Did you change name recently?
🤣 🙏
@@JoystickNY Ah, yes haahahha
I’m 4 years late but just got my first stick to play SF6 and this video is incredible I had no idea that you could essentially reuse inputs to cancel into supers like this. Thanks so much!
Thank you for watching, happy to help🙏❤️
@@JoystickNY BEST TUTORIAL BY FAR CONGRATULATIONS
Same just got my stick for sf6 and watched this as well
Thank you
Appreciate u
Thanks for the video I'm 19 years old and been playing on a stick for 4 years but I always felt something was off. I couldn't really do half circles, cancels into super, and crouching DP consistently. But after watching your video literally in 20 minutes of practice I could to do all of those things consistently now. Before I had my left hand with my ring and pinkie finger touching the bottom part of the lever , my index and middle finger touching the top part of the ball and the thumb on the bottom. But when you showed how you had your hand it felt way more natural so I applaud you for that. Thanks for the video and keep up the good work !
TrashBoat i am really happy to hear that, and thank you for the great imagery, glad it helped ❤️🙏
Congrats trashboat! 🤪
TrashBoat you’re 22 now, we need updates. Are you a pro yet?
@Proggz well 23 now, I still play on stick which feels very natural to me now. I play fighting games very casually these days but it doesn't mean I still don't enjoy them. I mainly play SF6 & KOF XV.
I think one of the biggest misconceptions I get when watching tutorials on stick play is that I need to hold the stick at all times.
Watching this gave me a new perspective on playing stick more effectively.
Thank you.
You are right, no need to hold it tight all the time, it should it a mix or light push, pull, hold, let go, tap etc, 🙏❤️ thank you for watching
@@JoystickNY Yw♥
Just got a stick today for Christmas. This video is helping me a ton. Thank you🙏🏿. Learning combos is extremely tough so far😂
Vegeta fungus glad it was helpful 🙏thank you for watching, how did you find this video so fast? ❤️
JoyStickNY I just googled videos for guides on playing SFV on a stick and there the video was.
Vegeta fungus i guess my video got lucky to showed up on the page 🙏
Aright mate, how are you finding moving to a stick after 3 months? I'm keen to know :)
Jason Lant I just got my first stick this weekend, my Guille is not the same lol smh.. will keep training hope to get it down!!! Found some new characters I’m able to mix it up with
Bought a fightstick years ago and have performed really well with a cup grip, but this is worlds better. You pointing out where you should feel the stick pressure at any given time was amazingly helpful, you're a boss, and thank you.
Thank you, i am happy it helped ❤️
OMG my mind is blown with the super cancel! Didnt know about that shortcut! Thanks for that!!! I will try this with King of fighters!
Kristofer Alvarez thank you, i will do a charge one soon, maybe after the holidays, its on my list 🙏
Maybe when kof 15 comes out 🤣
God bless, brother. You did help me big time. I figured my own hand technique for moving the character and thanks for helping me do the fireball motion so quickly. You are a blessing to the community. People like you are needed more. No ego. Just friendly and ready to help out. Keep doing what you do
Thank you for the support 🙏❤️ i am happy to hear the video helped, i will continue to do my best 🕹
My mans is kicking mad knowledge. He is a true legend.
sithlord519 thank you so much brother ❤️🙏
Watched many "How to use Fight Stick" videos and this one is the best. Really loved that you showed what the motion of the stick looked like from the inside. The super cancel was mind blowing. I give you another sub.
Thank you so much for the support 🙏❤️
This absolutely helped me immensely with my new fight stick. I was getting increasingly frustrated with the transition from controller (something that I wouldn't have to be dealing with if the pads I've been buying didn't break after two months), and the grip style you've suggested helped immensely in making my motions less uncontrolled. I was pretty consistent with fireballs and DPs before I watched the video, but struggled with combos that required you to do motions in both directions (Juri's forward L.DP into back CA for example). Turns out I was putting too much arm into the motions with the old grip, which was causing all kinds of problems and was probably going to end up putting unnecessary force on the stick on top of that. I still need a fair bit of practice, but I'm able to do basically every combo I could do on a pad now... after a few attempts.
Thats great my fiends, keep praticint and your muscle memories will kick in and soon it will be 2nd nature ❤️🙏
I’m new to stick and Guilty Gear so this video was very informative and helpful. I still need lots of practice but this guide gives me confidence. Thanks! and keep up the great work:)
I am happy to hear the videos helps, thank you for watching 🙏❤️
Hows it going?
Dude, cancelling into a super blew my mind. There were times I was trying to dragon punch from fireball and I'd suddenly get an unexpected super. Then every other time I tried a fireball to super, I was basically doing three quarter circles really fast, and that would just trip me up. This has cleared up soooooo much confusion and put things into perspective. Thanks man!
Very happy to hear ♥️👍
I have been playing fighting games casually (SF, MvC, Tekken, etc.) for years, and I've always had a bit of doubts reguarding my consistency and accuracy with inputs . After watching this I can honestly say you really motivated me to get a stick and put the hours in to improve my play. Thank you for helping clear up alot of questions in my mind!
JELL05218 i am happy it was helpful, thank you ❤️🙏 enjoy my friend 👍🕹
Hows the training going?
just went from ps4 pad to hori fighting stick mini (on PC), im having trouble doing ewgf and wave dash (consistently) with kazuya on tekken 7.
I thought i was bad after 2 days of non stop and trying to learn i figured i was doing inputs too fast and bad handling of the stick once i nipped those to things and instantly got better (3 days of traing with stick) (5 years on pad) this video was very helpful
I am glad everything worked out ❤️🙏 thank you for watching
I just bought a used 8bit do arcade stick for 45€ and your videos are totally helping me!
Your channel helped me to make the decision to buy an arcade stick at all!
I played arcades in the late 90s and early 2000s and suddenly felt an itch for arcade again.
I still have my old consoles and also I have an mister FPGA to play all those retro games, even the arcade stuff.
I’m very excited to get my stick later this week (I have played on controller my entire life). I will definitely practice these techniques. I have been playing fighters my entire life VERY CASUALLY which has turned me into a button masher when pressured. I’m hoping this tutorial and the fight stick will make my inputs more meaningful.
Also nice Faded outro!
Very happy to help, always be calm; and block 😊 wait for their block string to end, then press buttons, because when you block, the only thing they can do is grab u, which doesnt hurt as much as a full combo ❤️🙏
Got my first arcade stick in the mail last week and am loving it! Your tutorials are my go-to! Your channel is the best! 🙏🙏🕹🕹
Would you say you execute combos easily than controller?
This is actually amazing. I've watched a couple videos looking for something to send to my friend and I think this is the best one going much more in depth for the hand movements, positioning, and how to practice.
Glad to know it is helpful, thank you for sharing 🙏❤️
a KOF guide will be just perfect. (keep going bro, your channel its great)
gerardo sagastume i am getting kof 15 😊
@@JoystickNY i just picked up kof13 on playstion now
Shion Uzuki i heard 13 was better than 14. i am waiting for kof 15 ,
JoyStickNY both are fun, im using them to get ready for 15 :)
Shion Uzuki good to know; i stop playing kot after kot 2003, but will be getting back in kof15
Im a tekken player but i ordered my first stick last night. Videos like yours are helping me a bunch
Mr. otivarag thank you, i am happy to hear they help ❤️🙏
Just wanted to say thank you, I just bought my first (really cheap) fighting stick, and this helped me so much taking a more "natural" grip!
Glad I could help
I like the gootecks one, it seems, everyone has a different style, but it comes down to alot of practice.
Ricardo Power i agree, everyones hand and gesture are diff, 🙏❤️ thank you for watching
Yea mon is true, I bought my first stick mayflash f300 mod it with sanwa parts, but I had to practice allot an develop my own comfort grips so I don’t think everyone is going to grip the stick the same, I watch gootecks but I still had to practice and now it’s so easy I getting all my inputs properly, its not an over night thing you will have to be patient an lots of practice, choose a character which you’re comfortable with for me I use ken and I practice for hours that’s how I improve, then I went online an win my first 4 matches 😁
Sometimes I change my grip for different inputs like I said you have to practice and be patient that’s the key don’t give up sometimes you may feel like to but keep on going, it take me a few weeks well to get it right, sometimes I use to only go in practice mood only until I’m confident enough 👌🏾 Now I can’t even play with pad playing with pad feels so awkward now 😁
mr cool Dublin your right👍 these video provide only a guide, it still takes personal practice to get comfortable, i can play pad too, but i like the feeling of stick, i feel that i can be more creative and innovative with it 🙏❤️
The pad hurt my thumb allot for days and I miss my inputs at times but with the stick no pain and always accurate with my inputs
This guy is great. Looks like a kind soul and personality.
Thank you for the kind words 😊❤️
Still coming back to this video to relearn the basics. This video does a phenomenal job to teach de motions. Thank you so much!!
Dan Oisiovici i am happy to hear that the video is helpful 🙏❤️ thank you. I am editing another one right now as i am relying to this comment 😊
just wanted to say i started playing street fighter V as my first fighting game to learn a little for street fighter 6. This video has helped me so much! Thank you for the content
Thank you, always happy to help
Hey, me too! The story mode for SF6 has me excited to actually learn how to play
Part 3 was a life saver!! bet it would taken me hours to figure it out on my own... you made it so simple
Thank you!!
I am happy to hear the videos helps, thank you for watching 🙏❤️
I stumbled on your channel about 2 years ago and now im back cause I bought a stick. Your tutorials, stick reviews and even the combo trials help a lot, great channel and great content!❤
Really appreciate the video man. Mad props, ive been using the arcade stick for 9 months and still struggle to get the super out coz i find i do an extra half circle for no reason. Thanks man 💪🏾💪🏾
Glad it was helpful 👍 thank you for dropping by 🙏
I've been using my arcade stick the wrong way for 4 months! No wonder some inputs don't register. Thanks for making this video dude.
I am Happy to hear the video helps 🙏❤️ 😊
This is such a great video. I’ve always been a “double fireball” to uppercut player and, while it worked well on the SNES pad, I’ve been failing half the time on the RAPV. Gonna practice the forward fireball style.
James' Generic Game Channel Enjoy double fireball works, but for some games; its a super command, it will have conflicts, but yea, try the forward fireball, very easy ❤️🙏 and thank you
Literally watched the first 5 minutes and i can do a quarter circle motion now. Been a keyboard player since forever but now i'm switching to stick because some folks think keyboard gives you powers. Thanks for the video
I prefer stick over keyboard my self
Thank You so much for this video! Last I played on arcade stick was in 2007 on Tekken 5 on PS2 today my buddy gave me arcade stick and so far its very hard but also very satisfying :)
Bartek Kubica after 1 month, you will be very good, practice makes perfect 👍❤️
I really love this person so much for some reason
There’s something so wholesome and gentle about him
Awesome vid brother! Thank you. One week into my 1st fight pad & I'm struggling to get up to my skill lvl using controller. Keep your energy up for teaching
Thank you for watching 🙏❤️ i will keep doing my best 🕹
Thank you for the video, I recently bought guilty gear strive but I got frustrated. Your videos have encouraged me to give it another shot and I even got an arcade stick.
Happy to hear that, give it some time, i am brand new to guilty gear my self, i am learning with you and everyone else too 😊
You should really make more videos. This one was uploaded yesterday and it already has 200 views, which is very impressive! But if you don't upload consistently, you will never be able to satisfy your existing fan base. You're videos are absolutely amazing and each one makes it clear how much you care about fighting games and helping people improve. Make more soon, please!
Thank you so much for the love and support, 🙏 ❤️i really love sharing game content and making videos, the thing slowing me down right now is my full time job, hopefully i can have the opportunity to go part time in the future, that way i can have more time creating content. ❤️
Just started playing fighting games, bought stick and was struggling to do a fire ball, now I can do basic combos, god bless you
Love to hear that, keep it up 🔥
Dude, I want to thank you for your work. Your knowledge, expertise and presentation is superb. Because of your videos I decided to try arcade stick AND learned how to play on dpad better. Keep up the good work and wish you all the best!
Patryk Suchy thank you so much, very happy to hear that, i am glad the videos are helping ❤️🙏
This is a very good guide, it helped me learn fightstick very quickly and easily. The explanations are very simply and easy to understand. I also like the alternatives you gave for the dragonpunch input, the diagonal one is really helpful for me. This is truly an immortal video that will help others for a long time.
Appreciate you ♥️
I've been playing fighting games since the 90s, and I can tell this tutorial as basic as it may look is indeed every useful.
Thank you so much 🙏❤️
Leaving the controller world and Getting my first fight stick tomorrow, will deff use this video to get my skills up! 👊
Lets goooo, u will love it
If you can please also do a charge, half circle and full circle tutorials that would be awesome! 😁
Kristofer Alvarez i added to my list 🙏 thank you for watching
My first ever arcade/fighting stick is set to arrive in two days. The mayflash F300 elite. Ive been playing on controller all my life, great to see this video. Thank you!
Enjoy my friend
Thank you this helped a lot im practicing as im making an arcade cabinet soon and when I show my friends i want to win(ps i have a stick and is my primary control now)
ender tube2121 surprise them 😊 enjoy ❤️🙏
it is my first time to have arcade stick, and this tutorial helps me alot!!! thanks! (hori rap hayabusa).
Thank you for watching, happy to hear it helps 👍😊
"Sometimes I use one, sometimes I use two fingers"
My main man right here is a grade A player.
😂😂😂 👍👍👍 ayo lol
That was she said!
It looks like I’m using these two fingers and my thumb. 😏 all kidding aside this is an amazing tutorial thank you. I have my first fight stick coming in the mail!
Thank you 🙏❤️ happy to help
I thought my cheap stick was bad, turns out I was! I followed along and instantly could feel the difference. I had to pause the video to hop into training and the difference really was night and day. It really blows my mind how much more precise you can be with the inside of your fingers. Thank you so much for this video!
Bro thanks a lot for this😩❤️
You explain it in a way that looks easy and I've been practicing because I'm going to a tournament tomorrow, bless you fr
Thank you, 🙏❤️ glad it was helpful, good luck brother 🕹👍
I just bought a Mayflash F300 Arcade Stick for my first Arcade stick. Hopefully it is good. This video will help me a lot. Thanks for the upload.
Enjoy it my friend ♥️
A timely video, lol! I'm considering a fight stick and this helps a lot.
1Ksheffi go for it 👍 thank you for watching ❤️🙏
Great vid I’m definitely getting one of these. I was just at an arcade yesterday and was overwhelmed with the stick always felt comfortable with the D pad but it has it drawbacks you definitely got a natural feel to it and that’s great. This helped tremendously.
Thank you for the tips man this really helped a lot
Glad it was helpful 🙏❤️ thank you for watching
First day learning how to use arcade stick.
Everybody is kicking my ass and I have the feeling to return the Arcade stick and keep with the basic PS5 control but, I cannot give up like this!
Don give up
Absolutely love the video very in depths tutorial on how to use a stick very helpful I’m gonna order mad catz te2+ stick today keep up the good work 👍🏾😎
CJ-HD-GAME thank you as always 🙏❤️
i just wish to like this video more than once. it is so helpful for sure. For example; i am 36 years old gamer, the last time that i hold my hands on arcade sticks i was 16 years old and i was in the local arcade. So i bought my first personal arcade stick after 20 years. Very long time of course, i was struggling to do kage's Shoryuken ( Sharayaaaaa :D Kage version of Shoryuken ) into super combo on the left Side than i watched this video again and saw your method, i am well trained about it and looks like will never gonna miss it again. Thanks a lot.
I am happy to hear it helped 😊 thank you so much for the support
I’m having a hard time timing it. All it is is practice thanks for the tips
Ned Stark take it slow, over time u will he a master 👍
Bro you go so fast lmao
I’ve send you a friend request on Facebook
mr cool Dublin got it 👍
Thank you so much for this. Just switched to stick from pad and the main issue I was having was the uppercut motion. This definitely helped a lot!
i am happy to hear the videos helps, thank you for watching 🙏❤️
Good stuff, it's useful for me just learning the stick! I'm finding left side to actually be a bit tougher than right side. Seems like any rightward motion involves the whole wrist, but leftward motions are mostly thumb. I'm trying to train to involve my wrist in most movements for that reason in order to keep the muscle memory and right/left side skills even.
Side note, they must call that the Hori "Rap" because of the raptaptaptap lol. Noisy buttons!
k58_gaming 😂 it will take some time, but once u get the hang of it, u will love it. Yeah, hayabusa is quite loud lol, i love the loud ness lol 🙏 thank you for dropping by
I was playing with my friends Fight Stick the other day but just couldn't get used to it. But this video has shown me how to move the stick properly, I was gripping it with my palm. I'll definitely try out this "grip" instead, thank you!
Catotoro thank you for watching 🙏❤️ hope it helped
Basically:
- be loose and comfortable (no grabbed nob!!!)
- *MaStEr* the quarter cirle (both sides!!!)
zack trever yes, you summarized my whole video in few words 🙏👍🤣
Wait, don’t grab the knob? That’s what I’ve been taught my whole life lol for real I put it between my 4 fingers
@@AquaAmazake I was like that too
And I messed up inputs
Thanks for the clear explanantion on super cancels. Coming back to fighters after 25 years, I am lost with these new mechanics!
Thank you for watching
The biggest problem I see people having is getting ahead of them selves and it leads to button mashing. Take your time and it will work out
I found this video helpful as a n00b to SF6, thank you!
happy to help mate
Great video, just got my first stick and I have been a pad player all my life. I used to play in arcades though and I just wanted that nostalgia ya know. Thanks for the good advice the stuff about super cancelling is clutch. I don't know who you are but I am liking your videos a lot, very calm and cool demeanor.
Charlie Ricker thank you so much 🙏❤️ i am just a regular gamer 😂 , not any one famous lol, appreciate the love and support
i have been using a fightstick for 2 year and didn't like.with your tutorial now i love it.thx alot :)
Happy to hear that 🙏❤️
Just remember folks, if you play SFIV and main C. Viper or Hakan,
Throw this whole video out the window, have some alcohol and do what comes natural
zlistcelebrity 🤣 thank you for watching
JoyStickNY 😂
Ari Jappendi for sure ❤️ i wish they put her in sf5
Gen is also high execution, i believe
Execution extremely high, probably one of the hardest character to play 👍🕹
I bought the Mayflash Arcade Stick F300 because of your video. In Germany it is allowed to visit arcades only if you are over 18 years old, that means I grew up using Controllers instead of Joysticks. Since Sunday I train the use of it. After some struggles I tried your Tipps and finally I beat Street fighter 2 on Mega Drive on highest difficult. Thanks for your help. I guess I am maybe 60% as good as with a controller, but I am getting better. I ordered a Sanwa Joystick now for modding. Awesome hints and a great channel. Thank you and Kind regards.
Amazing 🔥 i am very happy to hear the videos are helping , it motivates me to keep going and do better 😊❤️🙏
Okay pretty much I knew everything up to the fourth one cuz I didn't understand how people would cancel into a super but now that I do I feel freaking stupid
Thank you for watching, by the why, what was your way of canceling in to super ? Do you hold the stick the same way too? ❤️🙏
Gonna get my first stick for SF6 And this video helps a lot 👌🏼👌🏼
Happy to help
Hello from Brazil, excellent video, I believe that practice in these fundamentals ends up being as necessary as combos and other mechanics, thanks for the tips!
Lucas Silva Brito thank you ❤️🙏
I remember being really good at fighting arcade games in México when i was i little kid, when i started to play console fighting games i never got used to play with the controller. I finally bought an arcade joystick and your videos are very helpful. Thank you!
I feel you, its very diff if you grew up in the arcades, same for me, i never got used to the controller
Just got my Razer Panthera hopefully i made a good investment on a stick, also new to stick.
Give it some time, if you learn it, you can go kick some butts in the future when u travel and go to diff arcades 👍🕹 enjoy
I first used a home arcade stick with my Atari ST - the venerable Quickshot Maverick - but after decades away and finally getting a new stick, this was a really helpful video for getting reacquainted. I'm using it for a variety of game types, not just 2d fighters but there's info that's still relevant. Thanks 👍
Give some advice on tekken also, like how to use arcade stick in tekken 7
God Mod gotcha, i am gonna add that to my list, i have a long list i am going down on 🙏❤️ thank you for suggesting
Yes please ! :))
My stick comes in 4 days and I'm binging your channel in preparation plus just being excited about FGs after ignoring them for so long :D
Welcome aboard my friend
"DOWN,DIAGONAL,FOWARD". That would make for a great edm song.
The_BLAQ_SEWER i like that 😂❤️👍🙏🕹
Thank you! Old dude here trying to relearn the ropes. Your channel is really helpful since arcade cabinet games are gone :(
Amazing channel :)
Basti thank you so much🎄 happy holidays
Finally someone who was able to explain cancel to supers for me. Thanks bro I have seen a lot of videos but this is by far the best and easiest to understand
Thank you, i am happy to hear it helps, ❤️🙏
This really helps for Under Night in Birth. I appreciate it. Do you have any UNICLR videos?
Shin-Ryuuji i actually never got a chance to get in to under night, i heard its amazing. This yr i will be on gran blue, guilty gear strive and kof15 ❤️🙏
Thanks for the advice. Using your method, I got a perfect in street fighter 2 turbo arcade mode in one round.
I gave up with the arcade stick: i tried for two intense years in training and still can't find my grip because my big hands and a small lever. I tried the korean too but nothing, i can't do some motions like dp in critical art quickly. My left wrist is horrible and, honestly, i think some people simply can't play with the arcade stick for some reasons, like me. So sad because i'm playing with a ps4 controller and it's very easy compared to the arcade stick but it's less precise unfortunately.
Lockon Stratos i feel you, your right, our hands and bone structure is very different, what may work for one may not be right for another. Ps4 controller is great too, its just a diff learning curve. 🙏 thank you for sharing
Yeah I had the same problem try only using your ring and pinky finger it works for me
Have you considered hitbox? The stick is replaced by buttons, and people swear by them that they find inputs easier to do, and it's less likely you'll have bad executions.
Azza i seen it, but havent try it yet, i probably wont like it, cuz i use to play keyboard a lot back in the emulator days, i dont mind picking one up to review it down the road if there is a sale tho.
Bro im soo hyped for sf6, I bought a stick and found your video to learn how to use it, thx for the amazing tutorial
Appreciate you 🙏❤️ thank you for watching
Wish I had such a good and detailled video tutorial when I started playing on Arcade Sticks. Really appreciate your work!
I wonder though, how many of the grip surface of your Hayabusa buttons is left (atleast on the four action buttons), since they look somewhat outworn. :D
What mini display-monitor are you using in this tutorial video?
You have a lot of great videos too, thank you for watching, you have very good observation 👍 i didnt even realized they are worn down. The mini monitor i am using is just a cheap amazon DSLR display monitor, i was trying to record showing my hands and the stick and a TV, but the tv is too big for the frame, so i decided to see if the small monitor would work, and it did, but i do notice input delays on it. Definitely not suitable for serious game play.
Nice tip for how to grip the joystick although I had to modify it a fair bit due to GINORMO hands.
Bowsette4lyfe gotcha 👍 thank you for watching ❤️🙏
I just stumbled on your video as I am trying to transition to a fight stick. This is an excellent tutorial. Its crazy how I had no concept of how to move the stick effectively until I saw this.
happy to help
I've just bought myself a Hori Fighting Stick Alpha for SF6 and this video has helped me a great deal.
Very happy to hear 🙏❤️
Waiting on mine Tuesday looking forward to the journey
Much love to your channel, bought the Mayflash F300 today as I've always wanted a stick and your review really helped. Thanks for this too, been playing fighting games on pad so this is new for me
u will love it
Yesterday I got my Neo Geo ASP, I'm still a little clumsy with the stick but I already played trough Fatal Fury Special. I played a lot with pads in the past but now I want to try something "new"...😁
There are not many guides on how to use the stick properly, but this one is the most comprehensive and informative. I cannot thank you enough!
appreciate you
Learned to effectively use the stick over the years but trip myself up constantly with which fingers should be pressing the buttons. Definitely helped seeing your hand posture here. Wish I had more people like you to reference from in video format like this.
Appreciate you
I’m getting back into fighting games and this was extremely helpful. Thank you for the tutorial.
Just ordered a stick to play SFV, I managed to play MK and Tekken with pad for years but just cannot adjust to SFV inputs, thanks for the video!
Thank you and hope the stick helps 👍
Thanks U man! A must have this video for me because i'm going to buy my first arcade stick. ❤
Glad I could help
The way you hold the joystick opened my eyes to something that I think I've been doing... if you hold it to use inputs..it won't return to neutral.. by tapping it does. Which I'm assuming 100% will help with my left side dashing problem. Thank you so much bro
yessss, tapping is the way to go
