In 70' will the restaurants use ground beef in this dish, do the chef know about bay leaf. In Chinese dishes never use bay leaf. Why use tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce in this dish. My knowledge this dish use chopped beef cooked in oyster sauce and put a raw egg on the top.
