How about the frustration of teaching people? At rimes I love teaching people, then at times I feel like they go off do things and it is completely wrong. Another peeve, no feedback. Complete silence. Are they learning? Do they care? Where is the inspiration? I'm teaching within my team, more of a lead role. But the frustration is high. I'm not sure what to do. I'm looking at changing teams because of my frustration.
