How can someone call this woman a diva? She's such a kind, warm-hearted personality, just love her.
Just met her yesterday and watched her rehearse with the band, she was so so sweet and funny yet in control in a very nice polite way ☮☮💘💘
Her fans have always said she is sweet and kind person. In 2002 Finns even voted her as the loveliest person in popular music magazine.
The boys called her diva because she wanted the dress changing closet instead changing in the band bus, and the hotel room for the rest. As she said the fast pace of concerts required her good sleep and constant training. Boys hated that and called her diva for that.
She is a wonderful woman! Very kind, sweet, open and responsive. It's not clear to me how guys could accuse her of not loving fans, in an open letter? But time has put everything in its place.

Tarja was always like this. If there was some problems, I'm sure that she was just too tired for everything...probably still recovering her mother's death too. If guys would have taken better care of her needs (and accepted her solo career), I'm sure Tarja would have continued with them.

Tarja always sounds amazing no matter how bad quality the recording is. That is a testament how good singer she is. Btw, Funny coincidence. I just talked with my mother in law about this "die alive" thing on the phone (like the very same time you published this video). Probably no surprise, but it was about my father in law, who is 75 years old, and shows no signs of taking anything easier...but that is how these guys have been built back in the days (after the war).
And I want to add that it's incredible that these metal goddesses are usually so down to earth and normal. They are superstars, but still like they could be one of your friends or co-workers. And so many of these amazing women have been bullied as a child. Tarja, Floor, Sharon and Noora (from Battle Beast) for example.
I just love the song together!❤ I got see Tarja performing it live last Christmas. It was absolutely magical.
In the Finnish language all the R's are rolled. In every word or a name. (There might be exceptions when the names origin is not Finnish).
You two have definitely gotten better at rolling your R's.
The drink that Tarja was drinking probably wasn't wine. It probably was something similar to the traditional drink that people drink in Finland during Vappu.
Tarja does drink wine... she sometimes posts about it in her instagram.
Also about the records and awards on the wall, you can see that there are also the nightwish ones. She appreciates her time in the band so much.😊

And yes, Tarja has great humor, she is such a comedian😆

I watched this and it was awesome 😊. I watched her Christmas Show from 2020 and I have her Christmas Album. I'm a member. There's a instagram with Tarja and Sharon from Within Temptation. Sharon has one i think like thus one.

In homes, keyboard instruments are often placed next to a wall because there's not much space to put in the center of a room. I still wonder Tarja too does it, and sings against a wall so close to her face. In streaming that's not optimal that you're recording from a side angle.
Maybe she has another piano in another room. She does record her vocals in home, so.. it would be interesting to see how that happens.
Tarja also has a piano, elsewhere in the room. I think she said she had no one to tune it for her during the pandemic.

Oh man, Spain had STRICT pandemic rules. You had to be indoors? Must have been really infuriating! Tarja does jogging, I did too back in time, and if you can't go, you're like itching restless.
Luckily it was more relaxed here in Finland: no rules to be indoors or avoid public places. I didn't even wear mask but couple of times during the whole pandemic: when I took my over 90-year old dad into health care center. I work in customer service job in a sports center with about 2000 visitors daily, but first time I got flu symptoms was autumn 2022, which came covid negative, so I don't know if I even got it yet or if it was symptomless (probably latter).
