@@CodeTrader19 Not sure how i can help. Just play till you reach the boss in the video and make sure to get the rope before you fight the boss. The boss isn't missable.
@@Byrnage Did you talk to the professor as he fell past you before fighting Balrog and moving the giant rock? The CS+ wiki says you can't talk to him, the rope won't appear if you get the Booster v0.8 from the professor.
@@P3x310 I didnt fall down and talk to the professor. I know you cant finish the good ending if you do so I guess I could see the rope not being there. It wouldn't really have a purpose.

IMPORTANT! You can't get the tow rope if you got the booster v0.8 from falling down to the professor earlier in the game.
