Can't see you suggesting all the gels, energy drinks, cola, and supplements many individuals take during these races. Thank you in advance.
That’s absolutely insane I just tried to search up earlier if he did any shopping at target. Paul your the man! 💪🏼
Crazy that the pasture raised organic eggs are $9 a dozen...
He didn’t say the price
So I knew they were almost $10 a dozen 😭
Aldi has the cheapest and Walmart are $6 something; Target is usually just a bit more than walmart; I know some places are just higher cost of living areas so many so in those places they are that expensive.
Target is my favorite brick and mortar store to shop. This was a perfect video idea for me lol
not sure what state he's in but Aldi got way cheaper grass fed beef, and Irish grass fed cheeses plus a bunch of other good stuff
Target is overpriced woke trash
Thank you for what you do Paul. My Target in Queens, NY doesn’t have anything organic 😆.
I can’t wait to move back to Costa Rica again… my wife’s going next week to CR, to visit her family. They’re from Nicoya Peninsula. They’ve probably seen you in the Super shitting on processed foods 😂
It would be a dream to run into Paul at a grocery store and have him rate my cart as I’m shopping
when we run out of our home grown popcorn, I just buy the jar of kernels and air pop at home and add butter and olive oil and salt. MUCH tastier!
Needed this. Right on time. About to get on animal based and my local grocery is Target
FYI palm kernel oil is quite low in linoleum acid
Grass-fed ground beef seems to be the most common meat you approve of at large grocery stores - can you do a video of how you prefer to prepare/cook your ground beef?
You should do a video on optimal lunch options for kids at school without a microwave
Microwaves shouldn't be in the picture. Plenty of ways to send kids to school with healthy food without needing to heat it up.
I still love target and do sometimes buy my groceries there but not a lot usually go to Erewhon or Whole Foods
Love all your videos! Loving the animal based diet! Have so much energy and my anemia has improved!
Please get lineage stick in all Publix, Target, Walmart
thank you paul for your videos
The closest to Raw milk I have found is non-homogenized milk from an Amish company. Does this have any allergy-protection?
I love ham ..ha ha my one weakness..life is short but I’m good with everything else..😊
Was waiting to see if he checks out and glad he didn’t. As long as there are other options, I’d rather not support Target after what they did last June
Can you address the "heart fluttering" on carnivore issue that you had mentioned in a previous video?
Thank you
Heart palpitations, probably caused by lack of electrolytes.
@@redpillthinking6043 thank you, much appreciated.
Lemon water then, i assume.
I like grapes and watermelon 👍
i can tolerate potatoes, but other vegetables gives me joint pain, i tries soaking stew vegetables in 12% vinegar and it sort of worked.
I don’t know if you missed it or if it’s a smaller Target but the aged cheeses that you were looking for are usually in a separate section near the deli.
Drinking your Erewhon smoothie again rn 😂 it’s my Friday treat, so good, gotta try your lineage meat sticks
You picked up one of the Applegate lunch meats which is one of the ones that are just spices and meat. I buy a pack of those at least once a month. You should've picked up one of the cheaper packs if you were going to mention carrageenan.
Oh my, I had to scroll back twice when you started talking about Lineage and said they don't carry this here. LOL.
The grass fed 85/15 ground beef at Target went out of stock! I usually get that and I miss that so much!
Target is using APEEL on their produce!!! Even the organic stuff!!!
Hey Paul, what about vitamins/supplements that contain methylated B vitamins (such as methyl folate, etc) I’ve always avoided fortified foods and synthetic B vitamins because I have two bad copies of the MTHFR gene. a physician told me to take food-grade medical supplements like Metanx or high quality supplements that only use methylated B vitamins. Wondering your opinion on this. Thanks!
Great video, great message, subbed.
I just found him and subscribed myself.
Thank you for covering Target! It looks like Walmart has slightly better options...
I usually go to Smith's in Utah (also known as Fred Meyer, Ralphs, or Kroger in other states) as my main store for food, and I can find grass-fed beef and some organic fruit and vegetables there, but I never see raw cheese there either. Maybe I just don't know where to look.
The only raw cheese I ever found in a conventional grocery was aged cheese like Parmesan or Cava from Spain. Whole Foods carries some, it’s expensive but I buy small pieces from the bin where they have odds and ends bits of cheese.
Target has raw dairy. le gruyere from Switzerland and Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy.
Carrageenan: pronounced with a hard g, like game.
Is juice good for you to be drinking, and if so which juice is the most nutrient dense and best?
Whatever is fresh, made at home. Oj, watermelon, whatever you like and consume right after juicing.
@@madeleinegrayson8372 Why should i not just buy it at the store?
Organic eggs aren't what you think; usually the chickens are fed soy, corn, etc.
Paul can you please do a video on what makes raw cheese and dairy safe. I understand your take from a general health perspective but what about bacterial risk from tainted products. Not all of these animals are clean
What's the primary source of fuel for the body on meat and fruit diet. Assuming the body uses carbs, then what happens to the fat from the meat? How exactly does it work?
I like how he’s talking and not shouting 🎉
One of the worst places to go for a healthy diet. But it’s still nice to have options.
Target has been boycotted… haven’t given them a dime in years.
Aldi next, please?
I have a Question about Folic Acid is it really that bad in like every supplement cause i take one with it but the Company from where i take it is really good quality and the have been around for a long time 🤔
Raw beef and grass fed honey
Hey Paul. Serious question. What do you make of all those peer reviewed studies that were retracted. I know you read badcat. Are any of the studies to reference apart of those?
Paul can you do a grocery haul at Natural Grocers?
You gotta get back with Bobby P.! Still love your videos! I'd love to say hello and BS sometime...
Mostly eating meat/fish + eggs + cheese + onions, feeling way better.
i like the options that target has
Crazy how California prices are cheaper than Texas now. $11 for PURE grass fed beef at heb
My meat stick is made with grass feed beef
Go to H-E-B!!!! lol thanks for your content always helping out 🤓
Dr Saladino, may i know what kind of bananas do you buy? I'm from the country next to Costa Rica (Nicaragua) and i can't stand US bananas they taste so artificial not like costa rican or nicaraguan bananas
Do a Dollar Tree haul 😂
Target sells fruits and vegetables coated with Apeel... what are your thoughts on that? I'm just hearing about this now
Forgive my naiveness and ignorance all. New to the channel. Wouldn't this diet cause your LDL levels and saturated fat content to skyrocket? What kind of health coverage would I need?
Thoughts on cottage cheese and greek yogurt? I've been including them in my animal-based diet.
Hey Paul. I am new to an animal based diet, believing for years that grains and veggies were superior. I an ex vegan of 9 years and have since gained a TON of weight. I went to your website to do the macro calculator because I am wanting to follow an animal based diet but I also want to lose weight. So far I have found my cravings for sweets through the roof so I supplement with fruit but that shoots my carbs through the roof with other macro calculations. YOUR calculator says I should be eating almost 1000 calories more than what I am. Isn't this defeating what I'm after? Please explain. Thank you.
Paul - can I live with you for three months, and follow ur diet completely - I think it will help cure my anxiety/depression. I'll pay 10k or whatever you want
Make same offer to Professor Bart Kay from NZ
You know if Paul is this much of a stickler on things then you can rest easy on his supplements to be so. In this day of lying media and politicians trying to reshape your perceptions it’s good to know Paul holds the line!
Paul what about Santra Cruz dark roasted peanut butter? Somewhat less inflammatory, maybe? 🙏
My favorite.
I like adding it with red 40 too
I don’t think peanuts are great in any way… personally, I prefer avoiding nuts in general. You can experiment with them and see how you feel.
Why are you asking him? Just eat it, and if you feel sick afterwards (highly unlikely), you don’t have to try it again.
Target keeping you big as hell
