  • Ever wonder what it would be like to fly all the way to the edge of space? Well in this video, we'll be doing just that. Using beautiful images snapped by the Hubble and Webb telescopes, we will embark on a tour of our universe- venturing deep into the darkness, and uncovering the most jaw-dropping landmarks along the way. This is our journey to the edge of the universe.

Regarding redshift distances, I got all the distances from this website astro.vaporia.com/indexdistances.html
Their values are non-linear you're right, I mapped them out on excel and it seems like they increase slow between 0.00001 and 0.1, then goes crazy between 1 and 10, then levels out again between 10 and 1090... not sure how the value is concluded actually, or why. But I love this website

This is a truly beautiful and profound peice of work!! Thank you for all the hard work, research, and attention to detail you put into this video (and all your work), it must have been a huge undertaking.
I work a very stressful job and am going thru some personal things and your videos really help me to quiet the worry that often plagues my mind and keeps me awake. Everything shifts back into perspective, I am reminded of how beautifully insignificant my worries are, my existence is, when viewed in relation to the enormity of the universe. I swear I can feel my blood pressure drop.

Every video about the edge of the universe makes it feel so hopeless. Constantly about how we will be long dead before we are truley able to see what lies out there. But you make it so full of wonder. That our time in the sun right now is amazing and sacred, we are the universe experiencing itself and we are witnessing what we came from. You make it..happy

this is in my opinion the greatest video you made yet. such a brilliant way of conveying the scale and size of the universe, not to mention the research and editing done to make it such an interesting video to sit and watch. i can always rely on your videos to inform, entertain, or even just inspire me. the overwhelming scale of the universe is so calming simply because it makes my problems feel small and irrelevant which makes it easier to get over and your videos really tells that grand story. thank you SEA for the years of great content and hope you keep going on for a long time.
